We stay at this particular hotel often. This time we had to meet my son for Christmas so for the first time ever we had booked a big room for people with disabilities. We arrived at 3.30pm and were given room No1. Advantages of the room: - size of the room and the en-suite - number of mains sockets in the room Disadvantages: - air conditioner is NOT working. My husband saw the receptionists 5 times and they tried their best but it has not improved the performance of the air conditioner. Because of my heart condition we had to sleep with the window open (25th December!) - both room and en-suite are tired and in need of redecoration - very pure lighting: not enough lights and those that are there are dull. - coat hanger rail is far too low and only 3 out of 6 hangers are there. - blood stains on the pillow - the light bulb above the mirror in the bathroom is not working. Will we stay in this room again? - NO, but we like staying in this hotel. So, please improve the room.

Room was good. Comfy. Quite a high bed. No usb charging points for info so take any chargers you need. Booked with breakfast and was well worth it. None of your dried out food under hot lights here, all refreshed regularly and you get fried eggs not scrambled. Maybe not the most organised place, reception was mostly empty and even though they supposedly reserved us a table for breakfast we were just told to find ourselves a table when we got there. In the restaurant it would help if they put a 'breakfsst routine' sign to let you know how it works. Queuing for hot food to find the cutlery back by the door you came in and having to do your own toast means your food is going cold. No high speed toasters here! Comfy room and good food, just needs a bit of fine tuning. Would certainly stay there again.

I stayed here for a few nights this week due to training with my employment. First impressions were this Premier Inn is a little on the older side. The staff at reception were very kind and polite throughout the visit. The room I had was a standard double room which was fairly clean and had WORKING AIRCON! Bonus! Bed was comfy enough, TV supported my xbox so that kept my evenings busy. I think the walls are quite thin as you hear alot of noise, mostly people walking past the room all the time and people talking in other rooms and even snoring 😴. Would stay again with my employment but not with my family. Thanks Reception staff 👍

The room itself was not cleaned properly. The shower curtain was covered in a spatter of dark brown droplets, and there were hairs on the bedding and in the drawers. When I checked in, the door to the room was ajar and the lights were on, I'm not sure what that was about. The heating also repeatedly came on randomly in the early hours of the morning, and I was woken up when the temperature reached about 27 degrees.

The restaurant, the Weather Vane, was not good. It would be fundamentally awful were the quality of the food anything other than decent. One waitress was physically sat at a customer's table engaged in conversation for about half an hour, and that same waitress was later so caught up in chatting to another customer that she forgot pouring the beer I had ordered, causing it to overflow. This went on until a different, very attentive and absolutely wonderful waitress looked very embarrassed and got the pint for me, apologising for her colleague.

I was sat with a couple of other people in a largely empty restaurant, but it took about fifteen minutes for someone to come to our table. When they did, they forgot my room rate included the dinner, and almost billed me - more on that later. After we ordered, it took nearly an hour for our food to arrive, and there was no acknowledgement whatsoever of the time we had spent waiting. The food itself was perfectly cooked and well-presented, although this excludes the potato dippers, which were simply ordinary chips covered in a tarpaulin of flavourless cheese, congealed into a solid mass that no amount of cutting could truly separate.

About the bill. When I went to the bar to find out whether I had to pay or not, all three of the wait staff collaborated at the pay point. I was made quite uncomfortable when one waitress was quite abrupt and verging on rude with the other when she asked a simple procedural question. Eventually, one waitress shrugged and said "don't worry, you won't...

I don't like leaving middling reviews, I'd rather just leave it, but I felt a little misled with what I read before booking, so I want to share our experience - maybe it was just the room we were given. Let me start with the positives: the price was very good for this stay. The staff at reception were all really nice, friendly and helpful and did their best to accommodate us, including early check-in and trying to help fix things. Nice to have the restaurant next door, that was good, and so is the location, a short walk to Bracknell town centre. No smell of weed during our stay and we felt safe, so plenty of positives. Beyond that though, I'm sorry to say the room was dusty and smelled dank and musty, the sheets had hairs on and things felt dirty, the bedside furniture was chipped or broken and everything just felt a bit old and in need of attention. There was also part of an old couch or something under the bed. I would not call this a 3 star hotel, more like 2 star. The room and amenities were pretty bare bones, no safe, tissues, conditioner etc. The sheet provided for the travel cot was not clean and we had to ask for another. We also asked for the room to be cleaned once in the 3 nights we stayed and it wasn't. Again, staff on reception were great and did what they could, for that it gets 3/5 stars for a review, but I wouldn't call this a...

We arrived as a party of six to visit Legoland over the weekend |The reception was staffed by a really friendly guy, who was quick and efficient, taking the tim to make sure we had everything we needed and booked our meal plan |We settled into the room which was plenty big enough and if the same standard you expect at Premier Inn, it had all that we needed and was spotless and in good order |We didn’t fancy heading out as we had had a long journey and although not always brilliant for dinner, the restaurants are very convenient |This premier inn restaurant definitely bucks the trend. We were greeted by Caroline, who from the start made a great impression, she attentive but not overbearing. Our order was taken quickly and efficiently. The menu was quite good|We didn’t have to wait long and the food arrived and much to my surprise and delight, the food was really very good, all well cooked but what stood out was the attention to detail, the extra touches that showed someone with talent had prepared the meal, not just thrown it together like at many pub type venues |Caroline was exceptional, probably the best and most attentive table service we have had in a very long time. I said to Caroline that what she had provided for us, was table service...
