This is a great place to drink real ale in Harrogate through covid times here are up in the air This pub has a club next door and also has great staff working on premises The beer brewed on premises is not on hand pumped but tap which is all classed as real ale Spacious and friendly place to come I visited here on the 21st of October 2020 Saturday 23rd March 204 This pub in Harrogate today was still as good as the last time we came for a drink in here Besides the 3 hand pumped real ales on/2 of them brewed here at Cold Bath, there were 10 craft ales on from various breweries, which were well sought after tonight. Very chic and modern craft beer establishment made to look old.Micro brewery equipment around on top display. Menu board bit difficult to read but most obliging young lady behind bar talked me through the beers and found most acceptable larger for my friend who oddly does not drink ale.Glasses beer served in appropriate.Seating inside sparse and some ??regulars territorial and not wanting to share tables and warning others not to take table when going to order more beer.Good outside seating by road but only available till 22.00hrs due to residential noise laws so we were alarmed when shutters came down!! Drinks only here for us as dinner booked elsewhere. Having read reviews which tbh are a bit of a mixed bag, we decided to give it a try and can't understand any negative comments .... Great choice of in-house brewed beers , decent prices , nice staff , bar / seating quirky in a nice way, and micro brewery on full view, which was quite interesting , we called in for one and ended up having 3 or 4 which speaks for itself 😄 No hesitation in recommending, and we will definitely call in again and also try the Yuzu street food cafe bar, which you can access...
