I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experiences at Red Roof Inn As a loyal and long-standing guest, I have always felt valued and respected during my previous stays. However, my most recent interactions have left me feeling like my loyalty and past hardships have been overlooked.
Firstly, I have been dealing with the loss of my mother, which has been an incredibly difficult time for me. I felt as though my emotional state was not taken into consideration, and I was treated as if my concerns were trivial.
Additionally, I had a regrettable incident with the manager who goes by the name of Mark Patel. He not only took my money twice, but he also proceeded to cancel my room reservation without any valid reason. This not only inconvenienced me but also added unnecessary stress to an already challenging situation.
I understand that every organization can have its shortcomings, but I believe it is important to address and rectify these issues promptly. As a business professional myself, I am aware of the importance of maintaining a positive reputation and providing excellent customer service. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have left a bitter taste in my mouth, and I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Red Roof to others.
I kindly request that you look into these matters and ensure that appropriate measures are taken to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. It is my hope that you prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of your guests, as this is crucial for any successful business.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust that you will handle it with the professionalism and urgency it deserves. I do not look forward to hearing...
Read moreWe stayed at this hotel and was greeted with a $50 refundable deposit for damages. After an explanation that it would be returned we stayed, but took photos of all the damages already in the room. It was a lovely, updated room, but upon rising the next morning, we found the room had been flooded by a faulty air conditioner. I called the office asking for towels to clean it up and was told the towels were for drying after a bath. I explained that water was going all over and it was their choice, but I needed them if they didn't want the floor damaged. When we left I called to see if we could get a discount since I had spent time cleaning their room. Mr. Patel returned my call and said he was refunding our stay, which was extremely generous of him. However, this was supposed to have happened on the 15th and it is now the 28th so I put the amount of our stay in dispute. Apparently, the $50 was never put on because our credit card company could not find it.|Although it was a lovely room I would hesitate to stay there again because:|1. They lied about returning our deposit. It was never put on.|2. They lied about returning our money. When I called corporate they said it had been returned...
