We stayed in 303A and we had such a good time here. 303A is so beautiful with an excellent view, a great kitchen, and clean comfortable beds. We had been to a destination wedding in Panama City earlier in the week and then moved to The Dunes of Seagrove to recuperate. The Dunes of Seagrove is a lot quieter and laid-back compared to the more touristie Panama City Beach...but we were ready for quiet at that point. The buildings sit right on the beach so you don't have to walk very far to get there. They also have two pools which my daughter just loved. If you do stay in 303A, bring a book. They have a bring a book, take a book box, which is an excellent idea. We loved it here and hope to come back again someday.

Love this place. Been coming here every year for at least two decades now. Units are clean, nicely furnished, well lit and best of all you are literally right on the beach. No traffic to deal with no parking to find each time you want to go down to the water. You don’t even have to cross the street - you simply take the elevator down, walk across the pool deck and across the wooden walkway that takes you over the protected dunes and onto the private beach area reserved for those staying at the Dunes of Seagrove. It’s also the perfect distance from both Destin and Panama City.

Beautiful condo with breathtaking views! The hardest part was leaving this wonderful vacation condo. Great location right on the beach and plenty of amenities to enjoy and relax. The furniture and decor felt so fresh and almost like brand new and plenty of spaces to unwind. We really loved the ample balcony with the large dining table and the resort style chairs. Can’t wait to be back!

Great location + clean + comfortable = a wonderful week in fl! We (a mom and two teenage girls) had such a great stay here. The girls loved the bunk beds and having their own bathroom…my bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The condo is so well stocked, too…lots of kitchen options, luggage racks…hangers…plenty of towels…the only thing i would recommend to guests staying here is to bring along beach towels…the included umbrella and two chairs service was awesome as were the included bikes (2). Also, bring kitchen basics like condiments, coffee filters for a 10 - 12 cup pot, salt / pepper, parchment paper. Foil…laundry detergent as well. They have cute mini sized dish soap, sponge, and two tabs dishwasher soap and laundry soap…an extra trash bag per can was there as well…one roll of paper towels and one roll tp per bathroom so you know what is stocked. The pool was so handy and was a beautiful view each day…hot tub was great, too! Beach is just beyond the pool and the water was so blue. The bracelet system was easy…check in with vacasa was simple…we arrived late, so we used our cell phone to call the appropriate number…they gave us the appropriate code to unlock the night box which had one bracelet and parking passes…the code to our door was easy to use…always worked…parking spot was nice when random people didn’t park in it. The first morning i popped over to get our additional bracelets…info for bikes…very helpful vacasa staff…the bikes…be sure to complete the waiver before you get there and include the unit number. I failed to add it and it held us up but not for long once i called. Vacasa was the best property management experience i’ve encountered. All easy and well communicated…lots of texts. Thank you to the condo owners for such...

We stayed for a family vacation in unit A408. We had originally planned to stay at Blue Mountain Beach but had to make a last minute change to Seagrove Beach. We really liked the location and the family atmosphere at the Dunes of Seagrove. It is not overly crowded at the condominiums, but the beach is packed as there is public access beside the property. The unit comes with beach set up, but the public is able to set canopy’s and umbrellas directly in front of your seat so you are looking through their canopy/tent to see the ocean, watch kids etc. I haven’t experienced that with other condos. The actual unit was very nice, plenty of room, kitchen well equipped, and had a great view of both pool and beach. We liked it was a top floor unit and You don’t have to wait long for elevators. I will say housekeeping (Wyndham property) could use some attention. They must have ran out of king size pillowcases so they placed one standard size on each case and left the dirty pillow with dried blood exposed. Gross! We brought our own pillows thank goodness. There was part of a pop tart still on the end table in the unit and when I used a Clorox wipe to clean off the kitchen counter, the wipe had my hand print upon arrival. Our unit wasn’t ready when we arrived but before we finished check in, it was ready. I question if the bathrooms were really cleaned as the showers were complete dry as were the sinks. There was some toothpaste residue still in the sinks. I would think showers would still have some water evidence if they were just finished cleaning. The owners have done a fabulous job with the decorations and making the unit comfortable, so it’s unfortunate...

Booked through VRBO - was contacted privately via e-mail from Kristin (operations manager) outside of VRBO that we would need to cancel our reservation due to construction. We were not given any other choice, we were told our unit owner chose not to rent during construction so that we could "fully enjoy our stay" even though we booked back in June for our Thanksgiving holiday. Vacassa deliberately communicated outside of VRBO to bypass policies in force to protect us as the customer and promised a FULL REFUND. Now I am being told "Sorry, you already confirmed the cancelation, you need to contact VRBO to get the service fee back from VRBO" This is NOT my responsibility, and although I am in the window to still cancel on my end without penalty through VRBO this condominium is unethically canceling outside of the system to avoid repercussions to their listing on the VRBO platform.

I will be disputing this with my bank and reporting you to VRBO for fraud. We are now left with no accommodations for our family during a busy holiday season. SHAME ON YOU! We will not be...
