One of the BEST places for delicious Mexican food! Keep track of menu items you've had, to be sure you don't miss one of their great dishes. 😉

The food is bomb all around! I specially like their wet burritos, red or green, and tacos (all meats) with great and yummy spicy salsas! The meat, rice, beans, and cheese are good quality with great taste, reminiscent of your mom's or grammas cooking. 🙌

They have great drink options, from aguas frescas (horchata, tamarindo, jamaica), glass bottled sodas (Sprite, Coke, Sidral Mundet, Jarritos, other), great-tasting coffee, and more!

The staff is friendly and attentive. They are not pushy when you order, and are helpful if you want more chips, extra salsa, or to custom make your order.

Pricing: competitive on most items & better than other places on some. This is a place where taste and value go hand in hand, unlike other places where prices are high but food is bland.

They take cash, debit/credit, and you can Phone your order. Recommended!

I only visited this place for their Supreme Burritos. First of all this place is over-priced. Their cheapest Burrito starts from $7 all the way up to $12. Secondly, the staff are extremely unprofessional, not to mention they are under-staff as well. The last time I went there, I was waiting to order food but the person taking order was busy taking orders on the phone. I had to wait about 10 minutes there. After he took my order, I sat and waited for my food, so were a couple behind me. More than 30 minutes passed but no sign of food. The couple sitting behind me got impatient as well and asked me if I visited there regularly, and if it always takes for them this long to bring a taco and a burrito. Finally, after almost an hour of entering the restaurant, I went to the cashier and asked if my food is ready. Instead of apologizing for the wait, or just answering politely, he responds with "You see those people are very busy working in the kitchen, I will bring your food when its ready". At this point I got mad, and left the restaurant. These people didn't even had the decency to refund the money back into my credit card after I left....

Update, 8/14/2025. Ordered from DoorDash this time and the drink arrived in a bag and it was spilled everywhere, inside the bag and drink went everywhere after trying to take it out of the bag. Tostada was small for $8.00, enchiladas were ok, check photos, nachos were so so. The salsa was spilled out of the container in the bag. I had a great experience going inside, but I will never order from DoorDash again. El Patio Drive in is great restaurant, great food, awesome customer service! Hard shell beef taco was perfectly crispy, bean and cheese burrito was good size and tasted good! Chips and salsa was fresh and great tasting! They even opened the door for me, when I was leaving!
