Oh my dear terrible experience at this location Look what is happening , if you order something check the price Every time they sell anything they will charge you extra from 1$ to 4$ per order And think 100x let’s say 2$ per order is 200$ extra for the manger every day. I buy 1 bowl from combo number 16 the famous bowl and 1 piece of chicken meat and the price for this two items hi change me 11$ I pay and after and hi told me to put forward hi will bring my the order. After 30 seconds I come back I exchange my main It same to my strategy something and I ask the money back. Hi don’t give me anything no receive no order number no nothing just charge me 11.39 and when I ask the money back surprise how much you think hi give me back??? $8.39c so now we have the truth about the real price of the bowl and the pice of chicken!!!! Went in, lady in line is taking forever (walked out at 20 minutes). Came back another 20 minutes later, to attempt to order. Older gent in line, harassing the staff. After 10 minutes of that, the next guest goes. I'm the last in line, and also up next. I step to the counter "I will help you in a second" And the cashier walks off. 10 minutes later, I left because they were too busy (not) to take my order...

Place used to be okay, now they constantly short you on the 5$ meal (I get the famous bowl, they NEVER NEVER NEVER will give a biscuit with it. Even when I ask for it, I am met with "You can add them for $$$" I point out that ON THE DAMN MENU it says "includes biscuit" Every time they do not include it.

I drove from Cerritos since this KFC says it stays open until 11. I drove by at 1030 and missed it because all the lights were off. I called the location and a young lady answered. She said that they were closed but that the drive thru was open. So I DROVE BACK! I go through the drive thru and silence.... I call the location back and they ignore my call. I call back again and this time someone answers the phone but stays silent on the other end.... My husband decides to drive back thru because he said he saw them hiding and low and behold!
