Anaheim National Inn — Hotel in Anaheim

I just don’t no one else to go through this horrible experience...the next day I notice that my daughter purse was gone and I had let them know but it was almost check out time and employee told I would have to wait and come back to see if the maid had pick it up...so I called to check again told me to call tomorrow so I called back three times in the morning I call 7am 849 913am finally the last time They told me that nothing was found I said is that possible the house cleaned our room and only staff could enter our room...the purse is located on in the nite stand in the drawer we're the the Bible is kept...no one check into at 3pm and we were the only ppl in there for two day...So I want to say thank you from stealing from kids...and $100 was in the coin purse all grad gift...so if u see any staff have please message me...and then lied we contact two days later which was a lie...that day we contact them and the owners kept saying to call back after 9 am...I have the photo screen shots...of the log calls...I keep asking them to go exactly where the purse was and the man he can’t go check go because he was the only person I said I don’t understand why you can’t go check if no one in the room...and that what he told in the beginning of our conversations...I guess he got mad and hung up the phone so i called a woman answering the phone I asked them again if someone can go check still no call back after nine...I said this how you treat your customers...and then hang up again so I called after 9 and with a quickness they said we found nothing...so thank you from stealing from my daughter and letting my kids what kind of thieves and the liars you are....

This was the MOST DISGUSTING place I have ever stayed in. The reviews were so misleading. I wish I could have you smell through these pictures exactly how gross this room smelled . It was like mold , 100 packs of burnt cigarettes and incense. The beds were sooooooooo dirty that they even tried hiding it with a bed cover (with a zipper) . It doesn’t look like they have a single person come clean . The beds sheets had hair all over them and dirt . The toilet was broken so it was hard to flush . The walls were so filled with smoke that you can tell when that room got muggy from someone’s shower the moisture leaked down the walls leaving brown drips EVERYWHERE . The office has security bars around their unit and a like bulletproof glass for check in . Which definitely means funny business happens there . Judging from the holes in the bathroom door that was “patched “ a lot goes on there . There was bullet looking holes in the walls right next to the window La that were patched . I took a couple photos but was sooooo beyond grossed out . Unfortunately we arrived before 11 pm and had to be up by 4 so didn’t have time to move hotels or I most definitely would have . The shower was the ONLY clean space thank gosh even though the curtain had mold all at the bottom the shower itself was clean . When we were leaving roaches were walking from the ac unit . I’m so sad that I only slept 1 hour and I was itchy the entire 5 hr stay … please save your money , even a motel 6 is cleaner than this place . I want my money back . But lesson learned “don’t trust reviews from over...

Room 204 king room. When you check in they have thick perspex and a box to hand ID through. Very impersonal couldn't hear me through it. The entrance to the room was dirty bits of rubbish. Walls and floor was really dirty couldn't walk around with no shoes on. Don't know why the walls where so dirty and graffiti around the mirror. Never had that before. And patchy paint work holes in wall, toilet moves on floor when you sit on it. Microwave has rust inside and paint missing. Couldn't swim in the pool it had slim on the bottom. Saturday lunch time they wanted to come into our room and have pest control to spray our room with all our stuff in it. And 6pm Sat someone was using a blower vacuum out in the hall to our room blowing dirt & rubbish everywhere. It was a cheap room for the area but it should have been clean. Air conditioner was quite and worked good. Had hot water in shower. Had a fridge and coffee machine. Clean comfortable bed. A nice big window you could open with view of the street. Location was good. 76 gas station next door very convenient. Could walk to Walmart. The reception staff where missing...
