Terrible … So sad !! Do not stay here . If your an American and love your country just pass. The front desk employees are 5 star employees and need to leave this hotel . We checked in and paid a heavy pet fee for the veteran donation dogs ( service dogs) to be donated to men and women who served our country, we brought . We drove in from MT to meet some of the veterans at that location the same day as the check in so the dogs where going home the same day and next . We arrived at 4 am checked in with the pets and paid a 250 pet deposit for dogs being donated to stay at the hotel . I paid the fee as a courtesy as the dogs service was for the veterans and not myself . We were called by the front desk at 0800 and asked to leave on behalf of the owner . We were informed that the owner had been watching us on camera which struck me as very odd and that because we have the dogs in crates ( so the rooms would not have any damage and because it’s part of there training ) He did not want the dogs there . Keep in mind they where aware of the dogs at check in and fees paid in advance . I asked if there where noise complaints or issues with anything like that and was told no that no one complained and we were being quite and police but the owner is an odd charter and likes to watch the people and employees on camera . I had a veteran almost there to pick his dog up so I asked the front desk to please allow me to stay to complete that . The employee was embarrassed to ashamed to even have to ask us to leave . I informed him I could run my vehicle and put the dogs in it until veterans arrived as I’m a USDA transporter: The front desk contacted the owner who was not on property but watching via camera for the exstention . The owner said he did not want the service animals there or even in the vehicle . I am blown away that anyone especially in hospitality would treat people and service animals like this . Completely against the law . I also did not need the permission of the owner to run the vehicle as I am regulated by the USDA , however I did not want to deal w the uncomfortable situation or have the veterans dealing with it when they arrived for pick up . I contacted a near by hotel who was blown away that manager asked we come there right away and have a discount ( Hampton INN) . I wonder where all these cameras are at and if they are in room also the background of this owner to disrespect and disregard the men and women who have served to protect this country .. DO NOT STAY HERE ! I have attached photos of the room to show there was no issue with cleanliness with the service dogs or noise . Jus so un-American

My company clearly tried to save money by booking a room here. Checking in they couldn't locate me or my rewards, still never got ot attached, guess om not getting any for this trip. It's an extended stay so has kitchen, unlike normal hotel rooms. However I don't need that, what I do need is more than 1 pillow and 1 towel total in my room. The linens on the beds were worn out and once I pulled back the thin blanket I could instantly see stains all over the bedding. I went down, was given one new sheet set only. I eventually got everything that should have been on my room to begin with. The room needs updating, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, there was damage to walls & doors that they hadn't fixed or attempted to, as you can see in photos. There aren't many outlets on the room, no USB ports either, FYI. There was no dish towel, soap etc. for the kitchen area, all extended stay hotels have these for their guests. I thonk my room wasn't cleaned to be honest. I cleaned it and ended up buying sheets and a blanket to use during my stay here, given how bad the linen I got, even the replacements were dingy. The guests that stayed here were questionable, doesn't bother me but not a place I'd feel comfortable brining my family to. The hallways smelled terrible throughout the building. There aren't any employees "after hours". The employees I dealt with weren't rude but not really nice either. I wouldn't stay here again, if your looking for a discount then this isn't terrible, I've stayed at a lot worse.

We contacted the main office about 4 weeks ago to express our concern/ disappointment at this place and were told the manager would call us back in a few days. Four weeks passed and until now we are waiting for this call. Seriously, what kind of customer service is that? During our 2 weeks trip in California we've had some issues but fortunately other places had good customer service that didn't require me to come here and write a review. If someone asks me if I would recommend this place, I would say NEVER stay at WoodSpring Suites.

We stayed at this place for a night and all we wanted was a good night of sleep since my husband had been driving for hours and was very tired. Around 1 am we start hearing moaning and it seems it was our neighbor having sex. But we tolerated that since it lasted for only a few minutes. At around 3-4am I woke up to a violent noise over my wall, it was a banging noise and guess what? They were having very loud sex again. My husband called the front desk and asked them to do something about the noise. There's no way we could sleep with them banging on our wall again and again loud enough to be heard anywhere in our room (and probably in the room past ours).

My husband told the night manager our room number and the guy just said "ok, I'm going to call them" without even asking us which room was making noise. And of course he didn't call our neighbor because they kept making loud noises - and we heard no phone ring. We left the hotel at 5 am in the morning, furious, because after being asked multiple times the night manager still refused to act or even let us use another room.

We had only 2 or 3 hours of sleep. My husband was extremely tired and had to find another way to get more sleep. It messed up our whole schedule on that day and we had to find another hotel willing to let us check in that early. Again, I would never stay at WoodSpring again, and is not because of the quality of the room but because of the terrible management that don't care at all about...

I came here as an evacuee for the Canyon Fire down in Piru. I’m a full time student, so basically just needed a place with a kitchen that wasn’t LA area prices. Obviously booked it in a haste as I got out, so I didn’t really read anything about it.

Well, it’s definitely bare bones. I’ve never stayed in a hotel with a kitchen that did not provide any dishes or cookware whatsoever. Was pretty shocked at that. Front desk said they had none when I asked. I’ve stayed in places before where you could “check out” dishes from the front. Not here. I’m not sure I’d call the suite “well-equipped” like the website says. It’s not well-equipped at all. There’s a bed, a lamp, a clock, a phone, a TV, fridge/freezer and microwave and stovetop. That’s it.

So I went to Winco and bought a pot, then dollar tree for plates, cutlery, bowls, dish soap and sponges. I wasn’t sure if I was going to have a house to go back to, and might’ve been here a long time. Thankfully, it was only 3 days before I was allowed back home.

There are no black out curtains, just blinds, and 0 soundproofing whatsoever. You’ll hear every door in your hallway wing close and open all day and night. The AC works well and makes for some white noise at least.

Internet is straight garbage. Very very difficult to do any work, school, or anything at all. Seems to get better late at night when less people are on it. You might get 2mbps instead of 1! I got some streaming to work, but some videos for school and all I had to load at a very bad frame rate. I tried to pay for the premium to see if that was any better. Beware that you only get 1 option to do this. If you just connect to the free wifi, then decide it isn’t good enough, it’s impossible to get the login page back. Forgetting the network and resetting your DNS doesn’t work. The network on their end remembers your device.

The price is right, though. Tough to find somewhere at this price in SoCal. I’ll be back if I have to evacuate again.

Just bring your own dishes and...
