Okay, I still hear the Subway jingle in my head every time I even think about anything Subway and that's just irritating, but I love the food, the staff is usually carefully almost invisible which is an absolute must for me when it comes to scoring and stars in a review. The less visible the staff except when you need them, the more professional my viewing angle. Staff that is responsive and almost not there? Perfect professionalism, folks.
That's only one aspect I look at where reviews are concerned. I look at how well the staff accommodates and, on a side note, I abhor spinelessness. Just in case you needed an FYI there. So when a friendly but firm staff seems more like Casper, I make note of it and make sure to note it in my review. A shiny gold star to Subway for this, folks, and gladly too because I get really sick of the staff at a place hanging all over me like I'm going to steal the place settings. Newsflash everyone! Kennedy was switching veggies out and didn't acknowledge me for at least 5 mins. No welcome, I'll be with you in a moment nothing! Once she finally ask me what I would like. I told her I need 4 footlong subs, she blew out air like it was an inconvenience. She asked me what kind of cheese I requested Shredded her response was we don't put Shredded on our sandwiches. I told her I come here all the time & never have been told I can't have Shredded cheese on my subs?? I was looking for her name on her name tag but couldn't read it. Kennedy had to go back to grab the Shredded cheese once she came back she no longer had her name tag on.
