Starlite Motel — Hotel in Bellflower

This is my second time coming here with my boyfriend the first time was in June and long story short one of the male employees came unlocking our door while I was naked. My boyfriend ran in his boxers to close the door a crack when the employee asked how did we get in the room. Clearly we paid for it. The employee felt embarrassed and immediately apologized and walked off. Not gonna lie it upset me for a little bit but I got over it knowing people make mistakes and the computer could have messed up. Basic human error. Today I come in I pay $100 plus $20 deposit and already there was barely any toilet paper so a few hours into our stay my boyfriend goes downstairs to request for our room to get toilet paper and then I’m sitting at the chair by the window in room #135 when I see a guy passing and knock on my door and I get up pretty quick and before I could walk the five steps to the door I hear my door unlock and opened by the guy trying to give me toilet paper I told him to not open my door. The dude didn’t even wait 10 seconds he just knocked and let himself in. At this point this has became a pattern in my head I go down stairs to complain and I was pretty calm because I know it’s not her fault but she gave me attitude and all I said was please tell your staff they can’t be doing this I don’t pay $100+ to not have privacy I wanna be able to feel comfortable in my room. When I came back up to the room with my boyfriend the guy I had a problem with was standing near my door to speak with me and tried to argue with me when all I said there is no excuse and you have no reason to be defensive. All I need to hear is either an apology and your word this isn’t gonna happen again this guy kept cutting me off when I was speaking and kept arguing trying to justify himself looking real dumb. Then when he finally apologized he tried to follow the apology with being defensive again I shut him down and said don’t even saying anything just end this at the apology. I could have made it a way bigger deal but there is no point. If the manager looks at the reviews please train your staff to not continue to do this, this may not be a regular thing they do but I wouldn’t know that because the both times I have been here it’s happened I would love to continue to give this place business if the customer service and privacy can be way...

What a disgusting Motel, We choose location as room had hot tub in it, once we turned on the tub, the smell was overwhelming, and foul smelling water came out of the jets. It looks as if the maintenance on the Jacuzzi had not been done or done properly. We Contacted the Manage and gave him the chance to clean it while we went to dinner. He made a show of getting A Brush and some "spray", we returned to the same problem... Totally unsanitary and unhealthy, Contacted LA County Health dept.. Demanded our money back, manager gave us a tough time and all of the sudden could speak or understand English! we are disputing credit card charge. Oh yeah almost forgot, the topper, mattress and box spring are still wrapped in plastic. Sheets and covers were made on top of that. To say nothing of the dirty walls and wall plates and disgusting bed cover...

Had the cutest little out of the way room for the night. Cant remember the room # but if you drive all the way down the drive way till u cant drive anymore there is a staircase. Up those stairs is the room on the left side if ur facing the street but on the right if ur facing the hotel. The outlet that was for the TV, microwave and A/C was shotty and you could tell the room was inexpensive. Not very modern or even semi nice and there was some sort of fragrance thing plugged in somewhere in the room that we could not see that was letting off this really strong floral scent. It was a tad overwhelming and the scent followed me home. When i took a shower at home and wet my hair that is ALL I SMELLED. All in all not a waste of time. Id go again if I could get that same room and if I could find that smell and...
