First thing I look for when I come to one of these type of burger places is the fries and whether or not they serve them with seasoned salt, when they do that’s always a good sign you’re at a good place. This place does, even better - they’re not shiesty with it either, most places are. That said they still need some work, I got a LOT of burnt fries and ends, like a lot. Idk maybe I got the bottom of the fry basket or something, also they don’t taste like you’d think they’d taste from a place like this, a little on the thin side and the texture is off. Now the bacon cheeseburger was excellent. 4/5 on that baby. Would be 5/5 however it was pretty heavy on the lettuce, though I’m glad it was nice and cold (as were the tomatoes and onions) BIG plus because it’s the worst when they’re warm. Bacon was excellent. Patty was seasoned well. Service here was great. Though 85 cents for a side of ranch is pretty absurd. Come on guys. Come on. Most places I’ve been to like this it’s either free or 25-35 cents. Anyway this place is excellent and would’ve gotten 5 stars if not for the things I mentioned above. Keep it up Omega. Can’t wait to come back for the DOUBLE bacon cheeseburger. Also I’d like to give props to the gentleman that was helping take orders as the line got to be more than 2 customers. Looked like maybe the manager or possibly an owner. Either way that’s one of the biggest issues at small places like this- wait times- this guy was on it. And very polite. These are all reasons why I’ll be back many...
Read moreMy first time here, staff was very friendly and place is nice and clean…I decided to enjoy my meal there since I don’t like my Onion rings soft or soggy…Great choice my burger was real good with their thousand islands dressing and the onion rings were super crispy and deliciously pared with their outstanding in house Ranch dressing Yummy! I was brought my food to my table and they brought me my extras like my chilies peppers and the ketchup. Enjoyed every minute of each bite and was able to speak to one of their employees who was kind enough to come out and open the door as I was leaving and extremely helpful and polite greeted me away to have a bless rest of my day and to come back soon…after I did mention to him that I blog on Google about places I visit or go eat and his face was totally shocked! I enjoy coming out to businesses trying out their food and sharing my experiences with my followers to come and enjoy for themselves. So if you happen to be in Bellflower try out Omega burgers they have plenty of parking and the place is wonderful for whole family the seating benches easily fit 3 people on each side. This is super close to the Museum of Fire Station Fire Department. You can kill two birds with one stone 💯🙌❤️I will definitely come here again especially if I’m close by. Place doesn’t have drive through but saw plenty of people walking out with their orders they also take Grub Hub pick orders. Thank You Omega Burger Staff!🌻Nena...
Read moreMy first time eating here. A family was eating inside. One adult in particular kept getting up excessively. He kept getting up and walking up to the counter, and where one picks up food order to get napkins, to get refills, to return food for fresher food, for food without salt, you name it. Passing by other customers waiting on their order. Then he got up to use the restroom. He was coughing and on the way back he was blowing his nose. ALL WITHOUT A MASK. Not one of the multiple employees helping him said a word about it to him. They just kept accommodating him while the rest of us waited and waited for our food.
Edit: To the Gung Ho "Owner" that just replied. I mentioned it to one of your employees. After that point I didn't realize I was on your payroll and had to do your job. It's all in the wording. From the looks of how you treat criticism, of any sort, I can tell why you have had confrontations. I don't believe I was offensive or rude in My post. But don't worry you said what you said, very unprofessionally might i add. I will take it upon Myself to forward your response and post it on other media sources, Since to you it's no big deal. And since you don't "police" the rules hopefully customers won't all come in without masks at the same time that the Health Department pays...
