Disappointing and appalled, that our hard earned money can procure hostile and unprofessional attitudes and discrimination against someone with the ASSUMPTION that they are poor... We live in sad times! When I recently stayed at The Best Western Plus, I enjoyed my first night. Even after being injured for retrieving my animal in a false wall... I decided to stay one more night and as I was trying/in process to pay for the next night, I was accosted by a woman who did not Identify herself, interjected herself into a matter she was not a part of. Overheard a part of what was taking place at the front desk and started an attitude over her assumption that I was poor, or did not have the funds. Then she in her most sneering tone she doesn't apologize oh no, not only did my payment go through, she sneers you are not welcome to stay here again. After I just paid!!! I asked their names because they were clearly not wearing name badges or concerned with how they were representing their place of business. The only confusion actually got worked out before this woman inserted herself unnecessarily into a matter that she only made worse. And boy did she! In fact I would rather stay in a roach-infested motel where they have the professionalism in hospitality that my money deserves. You know, maybe it's not the house-keepers fault they didn't clean everything, maybe they are only as competent as their manager.. Who was more concerned with insulting, demoralizing and chasing away, real money, paying customers, than doing HER JOB. It's a gas lighter that claims somebody's harassing or being rude when they're trying to understand where their money is going and why they're being charged extra. If you can't handle people who get excitable because they're confused, and you have to talk down to them because you are a judgemental person YOU should NOT work in customer service or hospitality. PERIOD! These are sad times indeed. Oh and the people who couldn't provide their job titles are, Rabia, and Emily, be sure to wear street clothes and you'll get their true...

We had a fantastic time here! We are from Seattle but were seeing a late-night comedy show in the area and didn't want to drive home. We booked this the week of and were able to get a lovely room. We did the express check-in while we were driving and it was so smooth and seamless. They texted me right away to Confirm the floor I wanted and when we arrived they had everything ready, I just had to show my ID. The staff was so friendly and treated me with a beaming smile regardless of who was behind the counter. They had lovely lemon water and coffee available as well as fresh baked cookies. We got the king room and it was immaculate and clean. It had everything you can need from a couch to a desk to an iron, blow dryer, TV, fridge and freezer, microwave, and coffee pot. The bathroom was clean and had great toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, mouthwash, and hand soap. There were plenty of towels and the shower was big and clean. We've stayed at fancy 5-star hotels in downtown Manhatten NYC and this honestly was just as nice. They even had continental breakfast with the best waffles I've had, ever. Perfectly cooked and so many toppings from fruit sauce, to chocolate chips and whip cream. They had scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, tortillas, and hash browns. They also had everything else you could need like juice, milk (even almond milk), cereal and bagels, and toast. The coffee was also very good! Overall we would totally come back if we needed to stay up north again. We were only here one night but it left a lasting...

I stayed here one night in August 2021. The property seemed in good order upon checking in. However using BW gift cards for my stay seemed a very strenuous task for the reception staff to complete. I presented three cards to cover the cost of the night, the afternoon staff was taking a long time and still working on the transaction after we had gone out and came back from dinner. When we tried to check out the next morning with the day staff, I was told that the first two gift cards were deducted from my bill but the third one wasn't there, so I had to pay for the balance in my bill. Our departure was delayed due to this confusion and the day staff insisted that the third gift card had been disposed of and that we shouldn't be concerned with any credit still in it because we could just print another copy from our end. We finally asked her to call the afternoon staff from the day before to find out first-hand about the third gift card. It turned out that there was note left on my account in the computer system about the balance in my bill had been paid with the third gift card. There was also some remaining balance in the card. I consider the incident completely unprofessional and I am very disappointed with this experience. I will definitely think twice about staying at a BW next time. BTW, I found hair on my pj that didn't belong to me after I returned home, gross and scary with the...

Absolutely solid experience. This hotel is really good bargain option. For the price point compared to neighboring hotels this hotel provided all we needed and a little extra without the frills of a shmancy more expensive option (many hotels we found were $50+ more a night). Location: 9min drive from downtown and a 6min drive from the shopping mall/restaurant chains. The room was clean, had a standard small fridge, and blackout curtains. Amenities and extra: breakfast was included and aside from the carb and sugar heavy regular options they had eggs, omelettes, potatoes, sausages, gravy and more. Gym: was not too bad with many dumbbells, cable machine, and treadmills. Pool: outside (which sucked for the weather) yet was heated, so we used it! Laundry area and ice machines on most floors. Finally they also made a batch of cookies late afternoon. We will have spot booked marked for possible future travel.
