Taco Time NW — Restaurant in Bellingham

If I could give 10 stars to this particular location I would. Not one visit in the past 30-40 we’ve had (minimum) have we had unpleasant service. No matter what we order, who we talk to the service is always so respectful, pleasant and quick. Today we walked in hoping to pick up some dinner despite it was noon. We were in the area and had just shopped for groceries at Costco so we walked in. We asked if the order could be packaged catering style and they were more than happy to put the order through accordingly. Not only were they so sweet about it they were so quick! I would like to personally thank Hayley, Joel, Morgan, Kim, Ava, and Theresa for their outstanding service. Despite being from Canada and this not only being quite the ways for us, it’s so worth it and we’ll always choose this restaurant over any others when it comes to a happy family meal. Stopped in for a meal and had a great experience! The restaurant was clean and tidy, both inside, and out. I was greeted in a genuine friendly manner; the counter person took the time to make sure my order was accurate. I was given a number to bring to my table, and my order would be brought out to me. This gave me a chance to find a seat, I chose one right next to the fireplace...cozy and warm :-) The beverage/condiment bar had lots of choices and was clean. The food was delicious, and actually looked like the pictures! Even the wrapping was done with care. I was so impressed. To be fair we are used to getting taco time in Canada which we have now learnt, has wayyyyyy more options and better food. When we asked about a certain item, the employee laughed and told us what we wanted was at taco bell not taco time.

I had a regular beef burrito which was mediocre at best and the tater tots were well.... Taters, can really mess them up.

We were also subjected to constant loud pounding coming from the kitchen which when we got up to get a refill found out was an employee who looked like he hated his job, pressing tomatoes into a dicer over and over.

Overall it's just a run of the mill taco place that's buy overpriced for...
