Cruisin Coffee — Restaurant in Bellingham

Stopped by Cruisin Coffee on Bakerview near the Airport for the first time in months on my way to work. Ordered a 24oz Toddy Shake w/ Whip Cream and a toasted plain Bagel w/ cream cheese. The girl who came out and took my order had repeated my order and I confirmed w/ her everything she said was correct. I pull up to pay and get my Toddy shake which did NOT have whip cream, but honestly wasn't a big deal to me. It being the morning time it can be busy so I didn't want to wait or keep any others waiting longer than we needed to. They hand me my bagel which I didn't open until I just got to work, only to find that my bagel was not toasted at all. I was OK with not getting the Whip Cream on my drink but then to find another error was a little disappointing especially since the gal who took my order repeated everything back to me. Long time customer, first time complainer. I tried reaching out directly first but didn't get a response so here goes. They don't have the best drinks or the cheapest, but the coffee is good, they are consistent, convenient, and have a super-friendly staff. I will continue to get my coffee here. That said, when ordering an iced drink they very often do NOT stir it before handing it out. That means the bottom is still hot and melts the ice quicker and the drink is not cold. Every other company seems to be able to stir their drinks before they go out, but not them. I'd say at least 50% is the time I have to hand it back to them to stir. And, they love to fill the coffee to the brim, so when you grab the cup the coffee seeps or around the lid. Please do better so I don't have to switch coffee places. I ordered the Cloud which I usually don’t taste the over powering coffee flavor compared to the Cool Coffee Cloud flavor. This is the ONLY location that struggles to make a Cloud that tastes like the ice cream & white chocolate flavor that a Cloud should taste like. Even after trying to have it remade, it tasted nothing like I’ve received at multiple different locations. You can only taste coffee, the drink is liquidy not thick like the Cloud is usually made.
