Always a super long wait. Just brought me someone else's order, after I looked in the sack and told her it wasn't mine she took it over a few cars over. With Covid I definently dont want any other customers handling my sack of food. Why bot keep people in line, and not park everyone in the lot. That way maybe you can remember who to give the orders to. Fast food is not a difficult job, come on. Probably the worst Jack I've been to. Hopefully no strange people handle my order.
Edit... second terrible experience at the same restaurant. Went to get a burger on my way home from work. There were 2 cars ahead of me at the drive thru, we were all turned away. They told me they were too busy to take any more orders. That was the first time I've ever been told at a fast food restaurant that they were too busy to serve me. I've worked in fast food. You should never turn away Customer. Just keep taking orders and putting orders out. Talk about an all time low.
Second Edit... after being refused service I reached out directly to jack in the box through their website. While leaving the feedback about a non functional store, I was asked if I wanted to be contacted by jack in the box to discuss my poor experiences. One week later and still no response from them. Looks as though it's a full company wide problem...

An order for 2 took 52 minutes to get our food. Once we finally got our food, the fries were cold and soggy, the chicken nuggets were dark (old oil) but undercooked and mushy.
The restaurant wasnāt that busy but seemed under and poorly staffed. There was 6 groups of people waiting to get their food and we watched one worker leaned against the fryer yawning and texting on her phone.
The manager in the Grey polo and jeans didnāt do a single thing while we were there. We watched him walk around the kitchen without touching a single thing. Lots of food to make yet heās walking around doing nothing. He walked past his staff to the back room to likely sit on his phone lol.
After waiting for 45 minutes I saw him FINALLY put some gloves on. We thought to ourselves, wow heās finally going to help his teamā¦.NOPE. He was making food for him to take to his car in the parking lot and eat š
Saw a staff member come in for her shift, and when walking into the kitchen nobody looked at her or said hello. Nothing. That tells you how they treat each other and the morale of the kitchen.
And I forgot to mention that itās overpriced. McDonaldās is better quality for less.

When my boyfriend and I come here it somehow always manages to be the worst possible moment and none of the employees ever have any idea of what to do to push things along. No one has any management skills. I think this must reflect on how the current Store Manager runs their ship. Which is poorly. I have seen issues come up with payment or customers just asking general questions and know one behind the counter can ever help anyone. It's a little sad because we live across the street and would go here more often. But each time we've come it has been ridiculous. The food is the same as any other Jack 'n The box though. So there's that... Just be in for a long wait, especially in evening hours and possibly for there to be some crazy mixup. One fun perk, totally unrelated but during the winter hours the fireplace is lit up and if you sit next to it it is kinda cozy. This tends to lift my mood more than my bf's though. I personally just figure "that's fast food for you" but sometimes enough is...
