AC Hotel Bentonville — Hotel in Bentonville

The hotel is new and nice and there are several nice touches. Love the water carafe/ice station by the elevators. Gym is very equipped with nice touches. Rooms are clean and AC stays on if you set it to manual (none of the motion activated garbage Marriott is doing lately). However, we picked this hotel on our roadtrip because on the on-site rooftop restaurant. Arrived only to find out it was closed. Along with almost every other restaurant near us. There was no decent food within a 5 mile radius on a Sunday evening. The town around is a ghost town. I am good elite and asked if an upgrade was available and the front desk lady said they don’t have any upgrade rooms at the hotel as all rooms were exactly the same within their bed sizes. Their website literally lists standard and deluxe guest rooms for both king and two queen rooms. So which is it? I’m fine with a simple no. Also, when I asked her how close a restaurant was later- she told me I could “put it in google maps and set it to walk”. Like thanks-I’m aware. I wanted your real-person confirmation. As soon as we entered the AC Bentonville, Victoria greeted us with a warm smile and make check in flawless. She gave recommendations for local restaurants and was so very accommodating!

There was a harpist that was playing in the lobby when we arrived and it set the tone for a wonderful stay! We are music lovers and this touch was an added bonus for us!!

Do NOT miss the incredible breakfast in the lobby! The croissants, the coffee, the There were two wonderful servers, Michelle & Brandi in the AC Kitchen! They even found out that it was my dad’s birthday and they got the kitchen staff to sign a birthday card for him! They brought out some birthday treats from Chef Carlos who came out and spoke to us!

Celine, the General Manager even stopped to speak with us and was so lovely!

We cannot recommend this property enough! The hotel is so clean and GORGEOUS but the staff is what puts this place OVER THE TOP!

Hotel was newer when we (husband, myself and 2 young children) stayed. The lobby is stunning and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooftop bar was beautiful as well, drinks & apps tasty, and service was great. The room however was the downfall for me. Rooms are based on a European design (ie TINY). The size would be adequate if you were staying by yourself or maybe even 2 people, but way too small for a family of 4 for a long weekend. Lacked storage space and small bathroom. Horrible vanity lighting for a brand new hotel and for any female to do their makeup at (this should have been addressed during a room mockup during the design phase?). However, the room was clean and I did enjoy the attention to detail by the maids, like the water glasses in the refrigerator.
