I really want to love this place wholeheartedly & give it 5 stars because it is fulfilling a need that NWA has for small, independent fiber & textile shops! BUT I do have to offer some criticism In hopes that the issues would get attention & they will become even better- I visited three times recently & had specific, fairly basic questions re: fibers & fiber supplies they had in stock & received very poor customer service. - I needed to know if they had monks cloth in stock for punch needle projects (they had a sign for monks cloth as well as the price) however, the worker did not know which textile was monks cloth and just gave me the owners card with email to reach out to her. I came a second time and asked the same question & the issue was addressed the exact same way, instead of the worker reaching out to someone and asking and trying to resolve with me then and there. The third time I came I asked about cotton yarns- they have Wool and The Gang in stock which is so awesome & they’re one of the only places I’ve found to carry it locally. BUT when I asked if the one cotton they had was the only one or if they had it in other colors or any other cotton yarns available, the worker had no idea. And she addressed the issue the same way- gave me the card to email the owner. I was super disappointed in the customer service - that they didn’t do more to help & also the selection of yarns leaves a lot of room for improvement (as far as variations in types of fibers offered).. would love to see them address these issues and better train staff on the textiles and textile supplies they have in stock bc I really want to be able to rely on them for my fiber and become a regular customer instead of having to go to...

We were given thorough instructions, the instructor was very patient and we had countless laughs and walked away with 2 really cool bandanas/scarves. Highly recommend if you're looking to learn something new, need a group activity, looking for a team building activity, etc. Or, if you're looking for naturally dyed yarns or locally made products, this is the place! Stop in and talk to them. They would love to tall you all about all of the things...
