I couldn't recommend acupuncture, particularly Bentonville Acupuncture and Family Wellness, more highly. Our journey began last August when we sought assistance with our pregnancy efforts after months of trying. My PCOS diagnosis and years of GI issues had left me feeling helpless. Multiple doctors had labeled me as infertile and suggested medical intervention. However, I wasn't ready to inundate my body with hormones and other things without addressing the underlying issues. That's when we met Dr. Kaye.
Our journey started with addressing my GI problems. For years, I suffered from what I could only describe as agonizing episodes of pain and vomiting occurring almost weekly. Both holistic and western medicine doctors couldn't identify the cause or a solution. After a month under Dr. Kaye's care, these issues vanished, and even 14 months later, they haven't returned.
With those problems resolved, we successfully conceived within three months under Dr Kaye’s care. I wholeheartedly attribute our little girl to the power of acupuncture and God’s divine intervention and timing. Dr. Kaye continued to support me throughout my entire pregnancy, addressing concerns such as headaches, fatigue, and morning sickness in the first trimester, providing maintenance care in the second, and preparing me for delivery in the third.
Thanks to Dr. Kaye and Jenna's unwavering care and support, I was able to have a natural and healthy delivery, bringing our beautiful baby girl into the world. We are immensely grateful for their dedication and love throughout this...

I recently visited Bentonville Acupuncture at the Women’s Expo and paid $20 for a 5-minute consultation—yes, just five minutes. During that time, I was asked a series of health-related questions to determine if I "qualified" for treatment. Then, without much explanation, Dr. Kay recommended 10 treatments over 5 weeks, each lasting 30 minutes, totaling $1,500.
First of all, not everyone in Northwest Arkansas can afford to drop that kind of money without warning. What really bothered me was the lack of transparency—no one mentioned pricing upfront, nor did they ask if my insurance might cover any of it. That should have been one of the first questions.
The consultation felt more like a sales pitch than a genuine health evaluation. I was told the treatments might help “a bit” with my migraines, neck and shoulder pain, and stress—but nothing definitive. On top of that, I waited over 30 minutes in the office just to be seen for five. And even if I had wanted to proceed, they have a waitlist nearly every day and no payment plan options were offered.
It’s disappointing because I was genuinely looking for relief and open to alternative treatments. But this experience felt more like a business transaction than patient care. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere—somewhere that values transparency, accessibility, and compassion...
Read moreOn two separate occasions I was treated by Dr. Kaye for pain resulting from injuries. The most recent occasion was around Christmas of 2022. I was hampered (and hobbled) by acute soreness in the left hip (which turned out to be tendinopathy of the gluteus muscle group). My GP doctor prescribed a two weeks of rest and NSAIDS. Ha!! Four months later I was still limping about. Frustrated, I sought treatment from Dr. Kaye. Should have gone to her from the outset. Her treatment plan of acupuncture paired with IR therapy led to noticeable (remarkable!) improvement in about four weeks. Bye-bye limp. Encouraged, I continued with Dr. Kaye and now I walk and even run with no pain. I'm back in my Nikes running and cycling like before. Earlier in the year, I saw Dr. Kaye because of lower back pain. I hurt to the point I had difficulty getting out of my car and walking across the parking lot. I'll admit I was skeptical at first when Dr. Kaye inserted needles in my hands and feet. After all, I was hurting in my back. Yet her treatment works and in a few weeks I was hiking on trails pain free. Better yet, my back pain has not returned -- at all. I'm not saying Dr. Kaye performed a miracle (though it seemed like one), just saying she clearly knows how to use acupuncture to rid people of their pain. I am a walking testimony to Dr....
