Mattress King — Hotel in Berry Hill

Well I have 5 bedrooms I need beds sets for. I went in shopping to get my sons done first….. bought a nice mattress, box spring and metal frame. Delivery scheduled for 6 days later. Called 2 days later to cancel the box spring/ metal frame bc we found him furniture that won’t require it. I wanted to make sure it wasn’t loaded on the truck yet…. No it hadn’t been loaded but….. turns out you can’t get a refund on things that haven’t been loaded… they will however give you a store credit???? I was told nothing is refundable, on this phone call, was also told- it’s says so on the back of the printed receipt. HANG ON, so you sign some stuff digitally and then it prints receipts…. So you don’t know until after you sign that’s it’s not refundable? Seems sketch. So no I won’t be purchasing bed sets for the other 4 bedrooms I need. Which is a shame bc I do like to support locals. Let’s talk about delivery….. the day of delivery, they loaded the wrong things…. Almost made me laugh at this point, will be delivered the next day between 10-12…. Ok…. They were late. The sales lady was nice who we dealt with at first BUT- someone else will be getting...

Worst experience. Terrible owner. Bought what was to be a floor model to find it wasn’t the only one which is why it appeared to be on sale. So I am certain. It’s not the one I I tried. No evidently it’s just a piece of junk. However, on sale was still $1700. I’ve had it not just over 6 months and it’s separating. Slopes. It’s the worst mattress ever ones in a cheap by the hour motel would be better. The owner in his superiority didn’t like my language to which I was driven to due to no sleep for days at that time and reto help deal with this. I’ve not had a decent nights sleep since I purchase this mattress. But I’m not wealthy like the owner and I can just go out and buy another. He needs to stand by what he pledges on his websites rather than being sanctimonious. NOT once has he apologized, or attempted to rectify...

We bought two mattresses, a box springs, and an adjustable base I'll. The mattresses were supposed to be the same one soft one medium. When they delivered it, I didn't get the correct mattress and when I looked at the receipt I realized that they were not the same. The salesman at the store went through the receipt so quickly I assumed it was correct. (well, we all know what they say about assumption) I call the store today and talked to the manager and he says well you signed for it so that's going to make it difficult.
