I recently moved to Nashville and was telling a friend I needed to find a new chiropractor. She immediately referred to me Dr Shay at The Recovery Studio because well plain and simple she LOVES Dr Shay and raved about him and the quality of his care!

When I called his office he was responsive with returning my call and spent time answering my questions. He also took time on the phone about learn about my chiropractic needs.

When I got to the office, it had a great vibe, was clean and very soothing. Dr Shay not only established a relationship with me through his charismatic nature, use of humor and down to earth manner, he also made me feel safe and comfortable by explaining what he was doing and why.

Dr. Glenn and the staff at The Recovery Studio are, in my opinion, the best in Nashville. I went to Dr. Glenn with some knee issues, so much so that it was really my last attempt at a more holistic approach to healing before i began to seek medical help. I've been receiving chiropractic care for twenty years -due to a herniated disk I had at a young age - the last 2 of which have been at the Recovery Studio. Dr. Shay Glen gives the best adjustments I have ever received (and I've always liked my chiropractors) and the entire staff team there feels like family. The atmosphere is welcoming and homey, and the space has recently underground renovations. Massage and acupuncture treatments are also available.
