Read moreOver the Christmas break, My Family and I flew into SOCAL to visit with family. Prior to our visit we made plans to stay at this Lodge. After watching weather patterns, etc we decided to visit during a different week . ( Horrible rains and snow in Mid December 2014. ) - I called the location to see about moving my reservation for a different date. She informed me they were sold out. There was only one full bath room. ||||The living room had a wood burning fire place and a gas fired radiator. Even in end October, the night was very cool at about 4 Deg C and we were thankful to the heating provided. ||||There was a fully equipped kitchenette and electric grill. ||||The amenities were adequate and the duty staff were helpful in making our stay comfortable. ||||The Lodge is not very far from the lake and the...
Read moreWe were searching for a nice affordable place to spend the night. I read the good reviews on the majestic moose lodge and took a chance. The gentleman at the desk was the nicest frontdesk person I've ever met.very helpful and resourceful. The cottage was very homely and reminded me of good country living. Plenty of blankets, dishes pots and pans, full kitchenette and a wood fireplace. Extremely charming and a total different experience then a regular hotel room. They also had a nice porch and charcoal grills available. I would definitely welcome this experience again. This experience. Would also be great for couples and families that want to broaden...
