We walked in and first thing we were greeted very politely by Isaac. We told him we needed a mattress for my mom and told him everything she wanted and he showed us the perfect match for her! He gave his insights and information on every mattress we looked at and fit us with the perfect one. He answered all my moms and I’s questions and even told me about payment plans, what my cost would be per month including interest, and calculated it so I would get an exact amount I would owe. It made me feel so comfortable and easy knowing everything right then and there. We also couldn’t pick it up for couple weeks and he said they would hold the mattress for us until we can pick it up and even offered delivery. Not to mention, the prices are PHENOMENAL. I got a mattress that’s usually over $3,000 for about $1,050. It’s not used or anything. Brand new out of the box. I felt so great knowing I could do this for my mom and saving money is the cherry on top. After purchasing the mattress on my payment plan, we even looked at some furniture for my grandparents and once again, he helped us with all our questions and concerns. We found the perfect living room chairs and couch which we will be back for. They said they sell out of them quickly which I believe so, I say if you go there be prepared to buy great furniture at amazing prices with the best help you can receive. Customer service is so bland these days, but these guys make me believe it’s still alive. Thanks so much Isaac! You are the best. Edit: Owner called me about my review, Worked with me to replace the couch and loveseat that I bought and had issues with. Could not get the same set so had to choose a different set. They gave me a few sets to choose from. Owner was not there when selecting a replacement. Person helping me in store hovered the whole time and kind if made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Delivery was good except when checking the unit they missed one of the brackets being broken. They had a universal replacement I had to go pick up. All in all the sales are nice and helpful but hover a bit too much. Prices are a bit high for the quality of the furniture, wish we would have chosen to get a quality set at a bigger furniture store.

Old post: I would not shop here again. Will go someplace reputable next time. First off do not get the protection plan, they say covers everything but it does not. Got denied a claim 3 months in to owning the new couch set. 2nd. They had at the time no delivery drivers so the owner delivered. I paid and then he made me help, like really? During delivery he dropped his end of the loveseat. He didn't say anything but sorry, no let's check it, he was too worried about getting back to sell more. So now I have a damaged couch and loveseat and no way to return. Please stay away from the store. Just spend the extra money and get a set from someplace that will take...

Make sure to actually look at what your singing they tell you it’s once a month payment when that’s a lie! I ask the guy 3 times what’s the monthly payment he told me $120 once a month. Now to find out it’s a Payment every other week. He was not upfront about that at all. Really upset that all he has to say is my bad for not explaining things the way I should have been an that there’s nothing he can do. Goes to show you can’t trust what people say actually look at what your signing cause they won’t help you after it’s all said and done even tho they know they didn’t do their job correctly explaining things!
