This park is a great place for a picnic, basketball, volleyball, or tennis, not so great if you are going just for the playground.

Lots of shaded grassy areas. The playground has swings, toddler swings, and lots of climbing equipment. The playground could use an update. Two of the bouncy ride on animals have broken and the pole in the middle of the climbing ropes has a lot of wobble, making me wonder if that's about to go too. The basketball court is being redone and the tennis courts (2) are new and look great with covered benches in the middle. There are also baseball fields and two shelters. Next to both shelters are places to play horseshoes. And there is a decent sand volleyball court. No walking path and the bathrooms could use an update. But overall a...

The shelter house was in good shape. Trash barrels had clean bags in them and everything was as clean as could be expected considering it was open to elements. One of the tables has benches broken on both sides causing it to be dangerous to use table. Other tables should be checked. Over all we enjoyed our experience.
