Unfortunately I can no longer support this business, and can no longer recommend it to my friends, either. You should not trust the listing descriptions. Don't have time to inspect items before biding? Hope you're feeling lucky.

In one case, furniture described as "appears new" was clearly broken in transit, and the listing picture cleverly cropped it out. "Appears new" another time described an item loose in an Amazon box, with no original packaging or anything to suggest it was new. Your guess is as good as mine as to how new it was. Even "powers on" might mean "conducts electricity but otherwise doesn't function," as I was loathe to discover. In each instance, alternate boilerplate descriptions would have been more accurate, but less enticing to the bidder.

These items are not offered at a discount, but offered as a gamble. In my experience, I could not trust the listing as they were too often deliberately misleading. After getting burned in these instances as more, I can no longer support this business. And PLEASE be aware of the auto payments and don't get surprised like I did. There are other competitors to try.

I'm military and was away from training which was last minute notice. I bid on many items in which was $367 worth. Unfortunately while in training we weren't allowed to have our phones. I missed the deadline of 7 days. I drove 1hr to pick up my stuff i paid for on veterans day. I tried explaining my situation and the guy said sorry not my problem. I request a refund in which was denied. So now I'm out $367 for reasons unseen. I will not buy from this auction again. That was my first and last if they refund the $367. They would've made way more money overtime on me if they would've refunded. I've started a thrift business. I get space is very limited. Atleast refund me the amount. I'll pay the $1 per item. I'll change...

Buyer beware... They don't state what the product actually is. Stock photos misleading and they won't return your item when it's not what is shown. There photos will not demonstrate actual size. Sneaky sales we bought a castle with mini figurines and their photos are appear much bigger than it actually was. Even had a price tag of 1.98 and not shown in photos. We paid well over that as it was represented as a larger castle with multiple figures. Refuse to refund and said we should have called for dimensions. There phone mailbox is full. So I urge you to go elsewhere or buyer's beware of the deception that they participate in....
