Northgate Motel — Hotel in Bradley

The walls look like they were covered in grime and have not ever been cleaned nor painted. They poured some type of loud powerful perfume to mask the sewage and cigarette smell! The carpets felt sticky. The water pressure if any was cold and very low! The owner threw me out when I complained and refused me a refund. When I questioned him about the issues with my room he got mad and started yelling at me. He treats women horrible and if you defend yourself or talk back he gets highly aggressive and volatile. I suggest all people stay far far away from this bates motel...

We had no other option but to stay here after our neighbors apartment caught on fire. I would rate it less, if that was an option. Its dirty. The employees/ especially the owner and his wife are rude. We had problems with bugs. And we weren't allowed any company, not that we wanted any in that filthy place. We left without staying the night. No refund r concern for our experience. My worst experience at a hotel/motel...
