The room was clean, the location was decent but the hallways were extremely hot due to A/C issues. The front desk was all over the place. They checked someone in my room a day after I got there. Luckily, I had my DND sign on door or they would've walked in on me. The front desk called requesting me to come to the desk with ID because they didn't know who was in the room. I was told by Amanda that Brandon didn't do his job and I was showing up in the system as a no-show. I was late to my family's funeral dealing with this issue. I asked Amanda if I would be compensated and she said she would speak to the manager Ashley. Later that night when I returned, I advised Brandon what happened and he said thatbit appeared that I was compensated for a night. I was satisfied with that until I checked out the next day and Amanda said that I was not compensated and they don't usually do that. She referred me to Ashley the Operations Manager. I have emailed Ashley twice and have not received a response. In addition to the inconvenience, I was charged an additional $112 and I'm not sure what it was for. Needless to say, I do not recommend until they work the kinks out at this new hotel. I was denied a printout of my bill as well because they were low on printer ink but I insisted which is how I found out that I was not compensated. Maybe I will here from Ashley one...

Room: The entire wall where the TV is hung has an electrical issue where the breaker kept getting tripped. The TV, desk lamp, desk outlets and closet light lost power several times a day requiring a call to the front desk to have someone reset the breaker. A bit of a nuisance, but having to repack all my stuff to change rooms would have been a much worse nuisance and would have really upset me. I suggest taking that room out of service until the issue is fixed so you donât upset other guests.
Parking: I would also suggest that the parking spaces by the EV chargers be painted and have signage to reserve the spaces for EVs that are ACTIVELY charging. I witnessed several occasions where 2 or 3 non-EVs were parked there, or where the EVs werenât even plugged in, much less charging. EV owners should have the common courtesy to move their vehicles once their charge is complete (as I did at 11:30 PM once), but some people have to be told.
Again, just constructive criticism based on a recently opened property. Other than that, the stay was great. The hotel is beautiful and the room was very comfortable. I would absolutely without a doubt stay...

I asked for a double queen beds with a handicap bathroom, not what I got. other problems had occurred. $4.00 for a cup of coffee is outrageous. items in store were...
