Culver’s — Restaurant in Brandon

I first had Culver's in Wisconsin almost 20 years ago and thought it was amazing. I was quite excited when I found out they were entering my home market in the Tampa Bay area. Since they started in the Tampa area, me and my family have frequented the Falkenburg Road location frequently. We go for the good food, cleanliness of the restaurant and the typically good service. I swung by the drive thru today for a quick burger on my way back to the office. "Precious" assisted me and I felt her service level was more on the level of McDonald's than Culver's. If I'm going to pay more for a burger at a fast food joint, I expect quality food, cleanliness and good service. I'd rank "Precious" as "barely ok" in the service department. Her service level was just above "rude", barely making it into the "mediocre" category.

I requested ketchup and mayo on my burger. When I finished my order, she asked me to repeat and, when I started to do so, she interrupted me and just asked me about the last thing I said (my drink). At the window, my credit card wouldn't work (due to a fraud alert I received as I was driving out of the parking lot) and her response to the situation was rude and she acted like she was put off. Sure enough, when I got back to my office and started to eat my burger- dry as anything b/c the ketchup and mayo I ordered, was not on it.

As I stated earlier, I am a big Culver's fan and their food is typically excellent and the frozen custard is to die for. I just expect more from the service. It's not McDonald's- act like it....

Oh my goodness there's no way to drive by Culver's I think about the crunchy french fries dipped into the ketchup then my crunchy crunchy onion rings but very tasty my burger my bacon cheeseburger my All-American everything in it bacon cheeseburger steaming hot and melting cheese and it wants you bite the burger there's no way to stop so I usually eat my onion rings first then a couple of fries and so there's my service don't Hercules he had his own a little nuggets and his little ice cream chilling with Culver's cup of water then after I'm done with the fries and onion rings I take a couple of lungs of my chocolate chocolate ice cream shake then my burger my burger comes last in order for me to eat everything bite after bite...no lie .. without having to put it down it's amazing I'm amazed every time I sit and eat at Culver's outside of falkenburg and Brandon which is such a nice patio.

The staff is very very nice it's just awesome. I can't go anywhere unless I have Culver's first before I go to any other fast food restaurant. Oh no your chicken tenders oh no I buy those too that's for my service dog Hercules but I also pick on that too with some honey mustard oh my God the final final thing I eat I get home I take the french fries I put them in a pan and let them cook in their own oil extra extra crispy and just sit and watch TV oh my goodness that's it my review is done now I got to go get Culver's thank you thanks...

I decided to go through the drive thru, order a swiss burger meal and 10 shrimp also two kids meals a shake chili cheese fries and 2 iced drinks. The lady at the window was vey nice but she forgot to give me my receipt (strike 1) I received the food timely but then found a nasty blonde string of hair cooked into the cheese on the Swiss burger(strike 2) returned it asked for a refund no apology for the unsanitary food handed to me with hair in it , I checked the fries and they were soggy and covered in two day old chili, sorry but I’m not interested in a heart attack today.(strike 3) I asked for a refund for the fries and Shae the employee thought it was funny that I had come back a 2nd time with sloppy made food still no apology paid $50.03 for this lousy service I made it clear it was my first and last time patronizing Culver’s on Falkenberg ... these are the same employees that expect $15hr sooner than later my investment into Flippy will replace you at your job then I can laugh at you since you’ll be jobless and then you can think about how funny it is to serve food with hair in it and 2 day old chili oh yeah I’m skeptical of the shake too I washed it down the sink....🤣 Laugh Now...
