We stayed only one night. Our AC quit working during the night, but we didn't want to have someone come in in the middle of the night or have to switch rooms at 3am so we just planned on telling someone the next morning. We went to breakfast and there was a really nice breakfast but when my sister sat down there chair collapsed and hurt her. The breakfast attendant was apologetic but when we went to check out and report the AC and the chair, Monique at the front desk was not helpful or apologetic. Nothing was done to try to improve our stay. No compensations or anything were offered. She said we would have to talk to a manager and she didn't know when one would be available. As we were filling out a report another guest came and complained about their room being dirty and she didn't say anything to him. Very disappointing. (Update) This review was written as we left the hotel before anyone had spoken to my sister. I had planned to update the review after we had spoken to management. It was Monique's apathetic attitude that was upsetting, not the lack of compensation. Less than a day after the conversation with my sister, before we received a gift card, we received another call from Shiane (I am unsure of the spelling of her name) threatening not to send the gift card if we did not take down our review. When I called, I was quite upset and I explained that I had planned to take down the review after we received the gift card, but now I do not believe it would be worth a gift card to a hotel with such management. Shiane said she understood, was non-apologetic and was going to reconsider whether she would send a gift card. I will update again with results. Also note that the owner responses to reviews are harsh and insincere. You can see most of my other reviews are positive. I am very upset by this reaction. In response to the AC, we did not want submit a work order at 3:00 a.m. because we did not want to fully wake the baby. I thought telling Monique at the front desk the next morning would serve as a work order. The unit may have frozen up. We had it set at 68 and kept bumping it down as it failed to cool the room. At 2:40 I turned the unit off and I turned it back on at 3:00 and it cooled a little better, but not enough to cool the room. I assume the units are older so I told the front desk hoping to save the next guest from the same issue. I would not have left a review if that had been the only issue, but the chair and Monique's apathetic service was upsetting.

Not a good experience. We wanted to like this place. We had just came from the Wyndham at the meadows in Branson and wanted 2 more days in Branson. This place looked great online but when we got there, we were disappointed. 😢 The room was very outdated, musty smelling, although it was clean.. except for the small amount of mold above the shower and tub wall. We shared our concerns with the man at the front desk and he kindly let us try another room, which we appreciated. That room was better, still outdated and nothing to write home about but it was ok. We tried to stay in high spirits and tried out the indoor pool for our kids. The pool was not ā€œheatedā€ like it’s supposed to be. Not very warm at all. It does not look like it does in the pictures. The hot tub was ok but lots of people so we couldn’t try it long. The pool had broken tiles and wasn’t very clean šŸ˜ž. Also, pool is not attached, you must walk outside to get there and it’s getting cold out so that’s not as convenient of course. We did not want to stay the night. We did and then left early the next day even though we paid an astronomical amount. We lost our money but wanted to go home. It was 500 for two nights and the hotel before at Wyndham was absolutely amazing and a little less than that. Do not stay here. The employees are nice and are doing their best but the whole place needs upgrades. The hallways are nice and the arcade room, our kids did like. Small but easy to please our kids. The breakfast was good- just crowded. We would not stay again. I don’t understand the good reviews on this place. šŸ¤¦šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļø We told them we were leaving and they didn’t offer any of our money back

This was a great location off the strip. It's up on a hill so you could look down and see various sites throughout Branson. All of the front desk staff and other employees were very friendly. On our way out there were even a couple of maintenance men that asked if we needed assistance carrying our luggage to the car. The hotel was extremely clean, as we also wipe down and clean the room when we get there. The only thing we observed was a few hairs in each tub. The breakfast was really good and they had a wide variety and a lot of seating. They had free coffee, hot chocolate, and tea all day. On Friday and Saturday night they had their ice cream social with different cobblers and ice cream for the guest. The hotel had a very homey atmosphere and the hallways were wide enough for anybody with a wheelchair or walkers. The lobby is large and had tables and chairs set up as well as having a fireplace. There was also a pool and hot tub located in the middle of the buildings. It was in a separate building but it was not an issue to get to. The pool room was very clean and my only suggestion would be to get a new hot tub with jets that treat your lower back. There's outside seating in between the hotel and the pool which was very nice in case you want to spread out and just enjoy nature. The rooms were large enough to keep our luggage out of the way. I rated this hotel a 5 because it's cleanliness, friendliness of all the staff in the hotel, free deluxe breakfast, and location! They had even gotten their Christmas tree up in the breakfast room. We stayed for fall break October 17th through the 19th.

Upon arriving at Branson Towers hotel you are going to have to make sure you mask up! The hotel requires you to wear a mask at all times! The entrance is absolutely beautiful with a upscale modern antique vibe. Very well decorated. We are here in December so they have a big Christmas tree up which is gorgeous. We paid around 83$ a night with tax but that is subject to change of course. Our room had two queen beds. On a scale of comfort I say the beds were a 8/10! The pillows are super comfortable and so is the bed! It’s not to soft and it’s not to firm! Which is great! The room is about 250 sq ft which is pretty big for a hotel room! We had tons of space. The room has a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, dresser/tv stand, two lamps (with ONE OUTLET EACH), a small table and one chair. By the door is a decent size open closet for hanging clothes. It has an iron board, iron, and those two weird rack things I never use and to be honest don’t even know what they are for haha! The bathroom is a lot bigger than other hotels and the bathtub is deep which is great! The hotel has a big breakfast area to sit in so it’s definitely enough space to social distance if you want too. Breakfast is served at 630-930am they had sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, muffins, cereal, and juice. The breakfast on a scale of 1 out of 10 I would say 7. I thought it was a good decent breakfast!! My hungry older brother thought it was ā€œokayā€. The breakfast is served by a nice lady so it is not self served at all. There is also a coffee machine that has creamer outside of the breakfast room! The ice station and vending machines are on the bottom floor right by the breakfast room which is held in the Gazebo hall. The pool you have to walk a short ways outside to get too but it’s indoor and it’s heated to a warm temp and also the hot tub is more of a warm tub LOL. I recommend taking the bathing suits in changing in the bathrooms in the pool area before and after so you aren’t freezing during wonder months. The hotel also has a small game room with older games and also had a business center where you can use the computer and printer etc!!! Overall I thought this one the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Branson!! For a indoor pool in winter, a game room, and breakfast included it was absolutely worth the price!! After looking at several several other hotels I’m truly glad we picked this one!ā¤ļø Thank you Branson Towers for the great accommodations!

There were cons though! •The lamps in the room were really dim didn’t brighten the room a lot. •The lamps also had only one outlet to charge the phone each. •The cards to our room, I had to swipe several times to open. •The rooms are not sound proof at allšŸ˜‚ I really felt the need to apologize as we had about 3 girls under 9 and a two year old so I really felt bad for everyone who heard us. •You have to wear masks through the entire building. •THE BIG ONE. It was pouring down. Late at night and I was asked to run to my car to get the licensed plate and that I needed to put my mask on. It frustrated me. I really wished they had told me these things before I booked so I would of been prepared.

As you can see the cons aren’t that bad and the pros definitely beat them! I will stay here again in the future! Totally...

We stayed at this hotel for Branson National Softball tournaments. We stayed 6 days. On day 4 one of our team mates found bedbugs in their mattress. This was on the 3rd floor. This. Same night the hotel was actively heat treating a room across the hall with heat treatment for bed bugs. We ran into a close family friend who was staying at the hotel. They had made it home and their child had bites on her stomach. When other teammates asked front desk about the bed bugs they told them the individuals were lying about the bugs. | Secondly this hotel is dirty! When we arrived our hotel room had mini m&m’s on the floor along with dirty carpet foot prints. Didn’t think much of it. I just chalked it up to cheap hotel stay. I noticed the hallways were continuing to get filthier as they had not been vacuumed. The same cracker was in the stairwell the entire stay. I noticed our room was not being cleaned no beds were made day 1-4 only being stocked with fresh towels. || On the afternoon of day 4 my daughter’s black jersey shirt went missing. It was lying beside a pile of towels. We looked for it everywhere multiple times! I checked with the front desk multiple times thinking it was very possible that it could have been picked up by the housekeeping picking up towels. Never found it. |Day 5 I met a softball mom in the elevator who said her shopping bag full of new clothing had been taken out with the trash. | Hotel offers a laundry mat area. On day 2 and 4 I had gone up to the front desk to get quarters. Both days handed them $5 bills and quarters were given. No issue. You would have to wait 10-20 mins for someone to assist you. I chalked that up to them being short staffed. On day 5 I went to get quarters with my $5 bill. I was told by the lady I had to get a whole roll of quarters. They only gave them out in rolls. Which was a lie. She argued with me in front of two other desks waiting. I explained to her that wasn’t the case the last two times. She was rude told me she was the manager and that she would have to get into the other employees for that as it was against policy. I also had to get towels and toilet paper and that I was still looking for my missing jersey during this confrontation. I later was told that lady was the sales manager. | The only good thing about the stay was the polite employees at breakfast. Breakfast was pretty common for hotel. The seats in the dining room were all dirty and stained! Stay at...
