Unbelievably sad!! say open 24 hours in a closed at 10:52 AM on a Wednesday wow okay that’s cool though good luck you guys good luck running business here Maddie I appreciate your decency of horrible customer service. I will never use you guys ever again ever One of your motorcyclist guys obviously must work there several closed sorry we’re closed wow OK we just vacuumed our SUV right on this day and then after coming to find out that they’re closed right on us way to conduct business people so sad so ugly for your mind’s and your conscience to do that to people. Stopped in for a wash 1-12-25 around 3pm, I purchased the deluxe wash which was $ 11.00. I inserted a $20 and received $4.00 back, I made sure I didn't drop the 5 or it was still in the machine. My wife and I were frustrated. So I went ahead and got my wash hoping a employee would be there, no one was to be found. My wife contacted the company by email with no reply, I called several times with no response. Apparently there have been other customers that who have been ripped off in different ways here according to reviews. Also their wash isn't really worth it, you can't hear what the recording is saying and it didn't do a decent job on my truck, the tailgate was still filthy among other parts of my truck. I visited Branson Bubbles Car Wash after 2 consecutive winter storms. My truck was barely recognizable due to mud, road salt, etc. After driving through the wash I was shocked at how clean my truck was. The running boards, the undercarriage, the body, the tires and wheels and even the bed liner were spotless. This is quite a testament considering how dirty my truck was. I even thought to myself that the body was so clean that I could have waxed it upon exiting the wash. That is saying a lot considering how clean a vehicle must be before applying wax. I am not from Branson, but if I were, I would visit Branson Bubbles regularly. It is undoubtedly the best automatic car wash I have used in over 40 years of driving. Highly...
