Budget Plaza Motel — Hotel in Brooklyn Park

First, I know this is definitely not a good place, although if they have license to operate a hotel they should have to follow the laws and treat customers, well at least like humans. It's been a whirlwind of just horrible things in life lately, so I paid for a room just to shower get sleep and breathe a minute. 2nd went in with reservation # and my girls license was expired so I'd use mine, it was my card anyway that paid. Well he can't do that. He told me I had to call the online company I booked with to add me. Well, I did. Email came through, went back in " SORRY MAME, THEY HAVEN'T CALLED, I CAN'T HELP YOU" OK. So I called the online number again. Put the representative in speaker, she verified the information, and I informed the manager, while on speaker with representative, that I had the email the ticket was open to add my name. NOW REMEMBER, ITS MY CARD , MY NAME THEY CHARGED, BUT MANAGER CANT ADD ME. So, representative said if manager agrees with refund she can send to partners and get refund. AGAIN, MANAGER AGREED, REPRESENTATIVE HEARD. STILL NO REFUND, GETTING RUN AROUND FROM BEST HOTEL DEALS GLOBAL. I INFORMED The MANAGER HOW EVERYTHING WAS SCAMMED AND STOLEN 3 WEEKS AGO AND HE WOULDN'T BUDGE TP ADD MY NAME AND THE MONEY WAS SCAMMED. AGAIN 😭. IM NOT SURE, BUT IF THE 3RD PARTY THAT I BOOKED IS A SCAM, AND HE WORKS WITH THEM, IS HE AND HOTEL RUNNING A SCAM. PLEASE HELP AND DO NOT STAY OR BOOK THROUGH. " BEST HOTEL DEALS...

This is the worst stay I have ever encounteres in my life. First off they charged a paying customer to utilize a phone since there is no phone in the room. The tv doesnt work, when asking for assistance for the tv they fix it and tell you to keep it on one channel. They would bot let me use a broom to clean the filthy room and responded with go buy one yourself. There are ciggarette burns in the matresses, curtains, blankets pillows, needless to say the room smells like ciggarettes. The staff is extremly rude for no reason at all. Its in a high drug infested area. You have to ask for towels when you are staying overnight. Basically this place is way over priced and very unreasonable. Ill never stay here or anywhere in...

I'm homeless with my 2 autistic grandsons Upon arrival bed was dirty with hair and dirty dead roaches in corner in kitchen refridge was dirty it was disgusting 570.00 fir the week staff is rude don't know how to talk to people nor treat them manager in office say I get mad if I don't get what I want .only thing I've asked for from them is things to clean my room and yes for what I'm paying if I get actitudes and ruines well yes I just might be annoyed.
