I ordered via phone due to the pandemic. The initial young lady was very helpful in placing my order and finding the best price. The delivery team was respectfully masked and efficient. My dresser arrived with buckling and poorly inserted nails. The back is completely unstable and poorly assembled. The bottom of the dresser arrived detached from the dresser and broken. The legs to the dresser were packed into the back of a drawer behind some Styrofoam and I couldn't find them. I can't go back to put them on because the dresser is too heavy. I don't even know if I can attach them safely anyway since the bottom of the dresser arrived DETACHED FROM THE DRESSER. My bed came with no directions and it took me three hours to assemble it. I attempted to seek assistance, I was advised to send an email and attach pictures. I finally spoke to someone and they were completely unhelpful. After spending over $1000 I don't think it's too much to ask for items to arrive intact and how they should. I was told to enjoy my pieces DESPITE the damage, there was no offer to compensate or refund any amount or even store credit. I expressed my frustration and I asked to speak with someone else and instead, I was not listened to and I was hung up on. I have never experienced anything like it in my life. I'm going to make due with my purchase but I'm not pleased and I'm tremendously disappointed. I never leave public reviews --- yet, here I am. Pricebusters are independently owned. There are dozens of them. Choose a different location. Do not give your money or your business to the Ritchie Highway location. That was some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I can't imagine they care because of how their employees behaved. Save yourself the headache.

RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!!!!! If I could give them NO stars I would. So initially going to the store to purchase was fine. Joshua helped me out and he was a very patient and helpful salesperson and he made everything mad easy for us! Fast forward the day before my delivery I received a call from them (not joshua) saying that the mattress that I ordered with my bed is on back ordered and that I had TWO ā€œupgradeā€ pillow top mattresses to choose from. She named them and I picked one. I went online to check the price because the lady I spoke with never told me the price or difference. Lo and behold the ā€œupgradedā€ mattress she offered was actually a DOWNGRADE because it was $40 cheaper than the mattress that I initially ordered! So I called her right back to ask her how would they issue my partial refund for the difference and she said I had to email customer service and I would receive a store credit. The day of my delivery me and my fiancĆ© was putting our bed together and the screws they gave us were too long so he had to go out and buy screws that actually fit because the ones they sent were too long. When I received the rest of my furniture we opened the box to the dining room set and started to take everything out and noticed that a leg to the chair was broke. I called them immediately and was told to email customer service. Not to mention one of my chairs didn’t have screw holes in one side of the chair ! The customer service team never apologized for all the mishaps I had to deal with. The only thing they said were ā€œWe issued a store credit and you can take your chair back to the store to get a replacement chairā€ šŸ˜’ I would NEVER buy anything from them again and I don’t recommend anyone to purchase either!

However, I went in a few weeks ago and was sold a as is piece I understand what as is means although I was sold a completly broken dresser (pictured attached) when I spoke to the manager Danny he was horrible getting caught up in many lies first he attempted to say his staff told him he informed us it was broken however later had to apologize saying his staff never said that. Then he gave a store credit which he wanted to be picky on what that could apply to. I applied it to a mattress and was informed with Memorial Day it was free delivery however I get a call from Daniel again who was not even there during any purchases stating he needs a signature for warehouse pickup like I can keep wasting my time and money on going back and forth to this store. I attempted to call corporate which I will continue to do. All this over $100 store credit when I have spent thousands in the store recently. Please if you must go to this location see Nya only. The only reason I went back was to use my store credit so I would not lose out.

I have had the worst experience here lately previously I have dealt with Nya who is amazing and the only honest person in the store. I have spent $3,500 here in the last eight months. I’ve been a customer of Price Boss for almost 10 years and this most recent experience has been by far the most worst experience at Brooklyn Park location their employees don’t want to help you the GM doesn’t wanna help you. We all know that when you buy stuff from this place sometimes when the delivery get there, we might be missing some pieces to our furniture with this company Tavon the black guy that works there not only did he make a pass to try to be my man, but reassured me that if I had any problems to get back to him he also informed me that I needed to make sure that the drivers were patient and waited until I checked over my items fast-forward. I guess to my items and there are three Spanish men who rush me through the process as they rush me through the process. I’m realizing I don’t have all of my items. As they were bringing a few items that I did receive in the store, they scratched up our walls chipped the paint on the drywall and when I asked the man in charge, who was his manager, what was the contact number? He told me he didn’t have a boss and that he didn’t have a number he said, look at your paper the paper that he never gave me I never received, several emails I brought it from orders. I put several emails into the warehouse. No one responds. No one communicates you get a automated email saying they will contact you but when someone’s furniture and their property is damaged beyond just the delivery you would think that they would take the initiative to call you back verbally instead of an email. I sent six emails , and at this point have to call the police to follow report and then go to the courthouse to file another. A waste of time this business needs to be shut down these employees don’t care about you. They take your money and they don’t do their due diligence to make sure you’re a satisfied customer. We know the world getting bad but it doesn’t mean that you’re quality of customer service and handling your employees whether contractors or not you should make sure it at least at minimum follow up with your customer to make sure that there concerns are being expedited, do not support this company will continue to...

Update after all my complaints they did the right thing and exchanged the dresser to me today! It took a while but I am grateful to finally have what I paid for.

Worth the read.This is the email I sent them. I am writing to you to complain about our furniture that was delivered on 3/11/22. First if all our furniture was to be delivered after 12pm because we couldn't get the keys to our apartment until then. I contacted the store to verify that delivery time 3 days before and was told that yes it would come at that time. At 9am the delivery man contacted me to tell me they would be to us in 15 minutes. I explained that we wouldn't have the keys by then and told me that's to bad and that if we weren't there by then he would not deliver it that day. We ended up having to beg our apartment complex to allow us to get in early. Now once he showed up he rushed our furniture into to our apartment and banged it around with no care for it at all. He would not let us inspect the furniture and basically forced me to sign the paper because he had to leave and go down towards Ocean City and we were holding him up. We inquired about the hole in the box and he told me don't worry about it... its fine. When we took the dresser out of the box we saw that there is a hole on the side of it. I am requesting a new dresser due to their incompetence. This was not our fault and should be corrected by you with no further charge to us. Also I called the store we bought it from and they would not help at all. Was told its not my problem send an email. I have attached pictures of the damage. I expect a response as soon as possible. After sending pictures etc they are not doing anything. Their reply... We ask that every customer fully inspects their merchandise upon delivery before signing that it was received in full and good condition.

Unfortunately, the damages shown are not covered under manufacturer warranty, therefore it's not up for replacing or exchanging.

For your inconvenience, we can offer you $100 in store credit to be used on your next purchase

As if I'm going to buy anything else from them....

At first it was pretty nice, as this was my 2nd time time at this store. My last visit was in 2010 and it rained the nite my furniture was delivered, the furniture was wrapped very tightly. Now as soon as I came in I saw the set I wanted. So I applied for the credit, I had to return with my checking information. So that was done, my furniture was TOO be delivered the following week. The nite before I received a call telling me there was a flood at the warehouse and it would be late, the daytday before we had paid a remover $100.00 to take our old furniture away. So we had a chair and a recliner left. So we had to wait, we receive a call that that our furniture would be delivered the following week. Ok great. Now this would be when the tropical storm hit. Yes they delivered in the rain. The love seat was fully wrapped now I was prepared for wet with old blankets, now when it came to the sofa here comes the helper running In with 2 pillows NO plastic, then the cushions NO plastic. Now I'm waiting for the sofa, so here they come out with the sofa, now only half was covered with plastic, now it's pouring down raining, I was screaming again WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING. I preceded to call the store, I spoke with the Manager, I explained what they did, he then said if I sent it back that it would take 2 to 3 more weeks to get another sofa, I said what are you serious, I told him I was not going to pay for shipping. He stated I had to. That I could only send it back. I know it took me awhile. I don't think you could read it with the language I would've used. Also when I purchased the set I was paying it off in 90 days, which would be started after 30 days after receiving. Now I saw on my bank account that the credit dept has already put through a payment on my acct. Using theothe credit you I pay 2 times the amount. Now I need to make another call to them. I will NEVER go to PRICE BUSTERS again. I am also calling...
