Iāve been a customer of Price Boss for almost 10 years and this most recent experience has been by far the most worst experience at Brooklyn Park location their employees donāt want to help you the GM doesnāt wanna help you. We all know that when you buy stuff from this place sometimes when the delivery get there, we might be missing some pieces to our furniture with this company Tavon the black guy that works there not only did he make a pass to try to be my man, but reassured me that if I had any problems to get back to him he also informed me that I needed to make sure that the drivers were patient and waited until I checked over my items fast-forward. I guess to my items and there are three Spanish men who rush me through the process as they rush me through the process. Iām realizing I donāt have all of my items. As they were bringing a few items that I did receive in the store, they scratched up our walls chipped the paint on the drywall and when I asked the man in charge, who was his manager, what was the contact number? He told me he didnāt have a boss and that he didnāt have a number he said, look at your paper the paper that he never gave me I never received, several emails I brought it from orders. I put several emails into the warehouse. No one responds. No one communicates you get a automated email saying they will contact you but when someoneās furniture and their property is damaged beyond just the delivery you would think that they would take the initiative to call you back verbally instead of an email. I sent six emails , and at this point have to call the police to follow report and then go to the courthouse to file another. A waste of time this business needs to be shut down these employees donāt care about you. They take your money and they donāt do their due diligence to make sure youāre a satisfied customer. We know the world getting bad but it doesnāt mean that youāre quality of customer service and handling your employees whether contractors or not you should make sure it at least at minimum follow up with your customer to make sure that there concerns are being expedited, do not support this company will continue to...

Worth the read.This is the email I sent them. I am writing to you to complain about our furniture that was delivered on 3/11/22. First if all our furniture was to be delivered after 12pm because we couldn't get the keys to our apartment until then. I contacted the store to verify that delivery time 3 days before and was told that yes it would come at that time. At 9am the delivery man contacted me to tell me they would be to us in 15 minutes. I explained that we wouldn't have the keys by then and told me that's to bad and that if we weren't there by then he would not deliver it that day. We ended up having to beg our apartment complex to allow us to get in early. Now once he showed up he rushed our furniture into to our apartment and banged it around with no care for it at all. He would not let us inspect the furniture and basically forced me to sign the paper because he had to leave and go down towards Ocean City and we were holding him up. We inquired about the hole in the box and he told me don't worry about it... its fine. When we took the dresser out of the box we saw that there is a hole on the side of it. I am requesting a new dresser due to their incompetence. This was not our fault and should be corrected by you with no further charge to us. Also I called the store we bought it from and they would not help at all. Was told its not my problem send an email. I have attached pictures of the damage. I expect a response as soon as possible. After sending pictures etc they are not doing anything. Their reply... We ask that every customer fully inspects their merchandise upon delivery before signing that it was received in full and good condition.
Unfortunately, the damages shown are not covered under manufacturer warranty, therefore it's not up for replacing or exchanging.

My last visit was in 2010 and it rained the nite my furniture was delivered, the furniture was wrapped very tightly. Now as soon as I came in I saw the set I wanted. So I applied for the credit, I had to return with my checking information. So that was done, my furniture was TOO be delivered the following week. The nite before I received a call telling me there was a flood at the warehouse and it would be late, the daytday before we had paid a remover $100.00 to take our old furniture away. So we had a chair and a recliner left. So we had to wait, we receive a call that that our furniture would be delivered the following week. Ok great. Now this would be when the tropical storm hit. Yes they delivered in the rain. The love seat was fully wrapped now I was prepared for wet with old blankets, now when it came to the sofa here comes the helper running In with 2 pillows NO plastic, then the cushions NO plastic. Now I'm waiting for the sofa, so here they come out with the sofa, now only half was covered with plastic, now it's pouring down raining, I was screaming again WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING. I preceded to call the store, I spoke with the Manager, I explained what they did, he then said if I sent it back that it would take 2 to 3 more weeks to get another sofa, I said what are you serious, I told him I was not going to pay for shipping. He stated I had to. That I could only send it back. I know it took me awhile. I don't think you could read it with the language I would've used. Also when I purchased the set I was paying it off in 90 days, which would be started after 30 days after receiving. Now I saw on my bank account that the credit dept has already put through a payment on my acct. Using theothe credit you I pay 2 times the amount. Now I need to make another call to them. I will NEVER go to PRICE BUSTERS again. I am also calling...
