Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Maryland

I was informed that this location no longer had delivery so I sent my son in a uber to pick up a pizza. He did not bother to check if the pizza was correct as we do not eat meat. I ordered a thin crust veggie pizza. I was at work at the time but when I got home, I realized the pizza hadn’t been demolished per usual. I noticed it was a supreme pizza with regular crust. I called back & spoke to the manager (I think her name was Lisa… my apologies if I’m wrong) however, she went out of her way to remake the correct pizza & even delivered it to my house herself. If that’s not outstanding customer service I dnt know what is. I’ve had mix ups with other pizza places in the area including the Pizza Hut in glen burnie & nobody seemed to care that my $25 went down the drain. I just want to personally thank the Pizza Hut in Brooklyn for going above & beyond for my family & I. We appreciate the customer service, we appreciate the freshly made perfect pizza & most of all for her (the manager) to take the time out of her shift on im sure a quite busy Friday night meant everything! I will not be visiting any other Pizza Huts ever again, Infact this Pizza Hut will be the only pizza place we order from going forward. Again thank you so much since my car is in the shop so I wasn’t able to make it back there. Although I had the whole pizza nobody touched, she ddnt even ask for it back. It’s a shame more places dnt have this type of customer service! If I cld rate u guys 10 stars I totally would. Thank you “Lisa” gosh I hope that was your name. Pizza nothing like pictures online. Looked + TASTED like it had been sitting then reheated. Or OVERBAKED? Saturday July 30 6:35 pm pizza pickup. Took 2 slices out and could not finish those. I try not to ever give 1 star even when food or services & products are REALLY not right so I did 2 here, and I very rarely give bad reviews especially these days when a lot of businesses really need all their customers, BUT with inflation, gas, etc. people can't be wasting their hard earned hard to come by $ on sub-par carryout & takeout. I haven't had Pizza Hut in a while; usually order from P John's or Little C's. Decided, hmmm need a change let me try Pizza Hut after so long. This pizza looked and tasted not even a 1/3rd of a step up from frozen DiGiorno. Dare I say the frozen pie's sauce & cheese tastes way better than this did...perhaps the crust as well. The sausage on the pizza was not good. The sauce was worse than Domino's. Pan crust tasted bizarre and entire pizza was dry and did not taste fresh @ all . When myself & a friend actually sat down and dined in for pizza inside the Pizza Hut way before the Pandemic hit it tasted a lot better. Don't know what happened. Sometimes it depends on who is back there making the food but I was actually starving before I took a few bites of this pizza and it totally killed my appetite. This pie...

I called to tell Jack the manager that I got no soda and wrong pizza . I said will I have to wait another hour cause I waited one already he said yes I said well let me get a refund and the food delivered he said it’s a new policy that we give credits I said no my brother that’s a lie and consumer laws place grace and mercy as the key elements , the least you could do civilly is return my money then still bring the missing products I originally bought and paid for and as a business owner I’m not trying to lose repeat clientele over one issue I chalk it up make amends and return the relationship back to normal due to my error of course I want to credit or compensate the client , a customer is a one timer a client is long term remember that . My girl and myself order from here at least weekly , what a shame to lose that revenue given the absorbent amount of money you charge for doe, sauce , probably not cheese and light amounts of toppings , I will just go to another location...
