Wow what an experience! I never write reviews but DO NOT GO HERE.

My experience went fine with my male tech, but my husband was a completely different story. He had what might have seemed like an ingrown toe nail, and the lady proceeded to pull it out with equipment that did not seem to be sanitized! After he said repeatedly to stop because he was in so much pain, she yanked it out and THEN POURED ALCOHOL ON HIS TOE!

He then bite down on his hand being in so much pain and she kept going forward as if everything was okay. She started pouring numbing solution and then questionable little bottles of substances on the OPEN WOUND AREA!

We finish up because I told her to just stop and that we were leaving, I get to the front register and I asked if there were still going to charge the full amount, the guy ignores my questions and proceeds to charge FULL AMOUNTS FOR BOTH! Mine I could see, but my husband?!! After butchering his toe you couldn’t at least given a discount ?!!!

Not to mention all of the obvious trash talking going on about my husbands toe. WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER SEEN. Wouldn’t be surprised if they get shut down for unsanitary practices...

Horrible place to go. Worse experiences ever . I usually go to get my eyebrows done however I decided to give them a chance . Next day my polish chipped off . I. Went back but they were closed so I decided to try the third day and not only are they rude but unprofessional. Very poor communication and racist . I don’t recommend sending or going here at all . These people don’t care about their community only the dollar they make, and as men and women who faithfully support and respect other cultures, it is not reciprocated. I learned that today when I was turned down by the same man who did my nails three days prior , he dismissed me and turned his back . The lack of respect was so blatant that I gathered myself and my son who is autistic and who they speak & left . I will never spend another dime of my money with that establishment and I urge other folks to do so as well . I was a loyal customer however it is blatant evidence that they do not care about the African American culture because of how the caucasian , Latino , etc folks are treated...

If I could give this establishment ZERO STARS I WOULD. DO NOT COME HERE AT ALL! They are terrible, rude, and are known to have their customers leaving with fungus issues and more. They stated that they will not service if THEY MESS UP THEIR OWN WORK. They are racist and act like they don’t speak English and practically kick people out of their shop for complaining about their LACK of work. Please save yourself. I am so mad that on this special day I was humiliated, yelled at and refused to even help make the situation better. I even offered to pay them all over again. This is TERRIBLE.
