I'm never one to complain but when it comes to my nails it is a gift to myself. I came in for a fill in, and was taken care of right away at 10:45am. Awesome. Now I came back because the man who works there (I've heard he's the owner) did a pretty good job (besides a few uneven nails) the last time I was in and expected the same results. I'm sad to say I'm disappointed with how they turned out. I felt very rushed despite them not being busy, he cut my nails to the length I wanted only to file them down way to short for my liking. He also kept looking outside while filing my mail down at the same time..??.. Since he was rushing they turned out to be totally uneven and that's why he had to go even shorter. If I wanted them this short I would grow my natural nails as I can only get them to grow a certain length because of my work environment. I am so disappointed with my nails I just want them to grow out so I can go back in and ask for a different person who isn't rushing around to just go and sit on the couch to check their phones.. (which is what he did.) I'd rather wait than to be made out to feel rushed for no reason. On top of that nails are still uneven and he couldn't even clean up the paint that falls onto your finger. I never leave bad reviews as I know this is detrimental to a business. However when a colleague I went to high school suggested this place to me. Originally I thought this colleague was very nice and friendly and assuming his family would be too. This colleague is The son Of the owners. Who has chased women out of the store as a 18 year old. I want to put emphasis as an older sister and mom that their son is a predator. He would attempt and tend to grope me . Harass other females who told him no. He would harass insult and disrespect disabled people in school. He still continues this day. If you go here do not bring anyone High-school aged or any female alone. He chases females and his parents are fully aware of his behavior and condone it. What kind of family allows their son to lure girls and do this. Their son is has said he would R—e women , harass them on a day to day basis while simultaneously being told no. Once again THE FAMILY KNOWS. This nail salon is not a safe space. Andy and his wife (I forget her name) always do a great job. They don't do a lot of cross talking in their native language, which is a plus. If the actual color does not match what you chose on the display, they will change it out rather than convince you to stay with the color since they've already started. One time, the colors were right until it went under the uv and then it came out differently. He didn't cry about it. He took the color off and let me choose a different one. His wife typically does my eyebrows, and she gets it right every time. She has a nice sense of humor too.

I will say this, don't do a walk-in if it's an hour or two hours close to closing time. He'll turn you away and ask you to come back tomorrow.

Side note, if you cheat on them with another nail salon and come back to have them fix it, they don't bad talk the other salon or guilt you for doing so. He'll treat you the same as if nothing happened. For that, I'll never cheat again. They have my...
