I recently had the pleasure of working with Sofia while searching for the perfect mattress, and I can’t sing her praises enough! From the moment I walked in, Sofia’s warm, friendly demeanor and genuine care set the stage for an exceptional experience. She listened intently to my needs and concerns, patiently guiding me through every option with a level of expertise that immediately put me at ease.

Sofia’s deep knowledge of the products was evident as she explained the unique features and benefits of each mattress, helping me understand exactly what would suit my sleeping habits. I wanna make this review as clear as possible without being overtly verbose. Our first experience with Mattress Firm wasn’t the best, however, I will say Dee did do her best to keep us happy. There were multiple issues with our delivery which were increasingly frustrating to report. This review is NOT for that experience, but rather, our most recent experience.

We came in looking for a mattress / adjustable base for my father-in-law who just underwent heart surgery. We thought it would be best to help him sleep better. Sofia was the only store associate on duty and did her best to accommodate our needs. However, she ended up spreading misinformation regarding the ability to stack multiple coupons when I specifically asked her about it.

When Dee (manager) unnecessarily intervened, she condescendingly regurgitated website terms and conditions and told us “she didn’t have to honor any more discounts”. When I finally asked this is the best you can do for us she replied “we work for a corporation and that’s what the price is”…which is not a response that keeps customers coming back. Lastly, when I told her all we needed from her was her best price and that we would need to keep looking she replied “have fun with that”. This is...

Originally went to Mattress land to look at California king beds. They had 2 options in my budget, that I really wasn’t thrilled about. Also they didn’t sell those two options in California king, only king.

Went down to Mattress firm where we were assisted by the sweetest lady named Lydia! She was very helpful showed me so many options in my price range. The mattress I had decided on wasn’t able to be delivered by the day I needed so they UPGRADED me to the next best thing for the same price as the one I wanted. Thank you Lydia 🙏 now the savings didn’t end there. We went in at the end of their Black Friday sale where they were doing king for the price of a queen, boom 💥 saved another $200. THEN when we spent over a certain amount (500$) on the mattress, we then qualified for a free bed frame, and not just a cheesy metal frame. We got a $500 bed frame for free!!! This bed frame is one with a remote that has an adjustable base which your bed folds up to a seated position. At the end of the day we got a 1500$ bed for $600 + $99 dollar delivery fee.
