I always find bargains here , especially in the shoe dept. 12-10-2024 It was pre Christmas crowded this time in addition to senior discount Tuesday! My first visit in December went smooth, had a glitch with a food item & the manager handled it & made a price adjustment. 12-12-2024 had to exchange a gift item due to size. It was the same shoe brand, same price, and different style. They refused to process as an even exchange b/c it wasn't on a Tuesday and charged me an additional $3.77. They also refused to hold the item for me. I tried to call the 800# on the back of the receipt & was on an endless hold. They don't answer their phones b/c they don't give a hoot and want you to hang up. They have a lot of deals, but the store has gotten out of hand with clutter, and half of the employees don't care how you're being treated. The line was very long with two checkers & the one helping me stopped to help a customer that wanted to see jewelry in the glass case and was not in line, instead of calling for help over the intercom and processing the customers that were in line. I won't try to call the # again but will express my dislikes on their website if I want...

At one time this was a decent mid-size outlet mall. Since the mid-2000s, as malls in general are being abandoned, Laughlin Outlet has suffered the downturn as well. Without major department store anchors, the mall has lost nearly all business to the Walmart and Target strip malls.

Pros: Has typical mall features (stores, entertainment, food) Good for taking walks in the summer Has a good food court with local chefs A bikini bar is on site.

Cons: About 3/4 empty - stores have left over the past 5 years Only a small number of national brand stores (Pendleton, Maidenform, Rocky Mountain Candy) About 5-10 local shops Only 1 restroom area open for the entire huilding Open from 9:00 - 20:00...
