I was having problems with my vertigo and I needed an electric shopping cart. A male worker found me one. So I went to look around. 20 minutes later the battery died. It said it was fully charged but every time I try to make it go it wouldn't go. So another customer helped me by pushing me to the front of the store. I asked if they had another electric shopping cart and the lady who is like lost prevention started yelling at me!she was yelling there is only of these carts in the store. I'm like maybe the store needs more. She kept screaming at me embarrassing me and they way she acted she wanted to call the cops on me for a shopping cart. I left before she could. Arrived and so indicated on the mobile app. Employee came out promptly and I showed my name and code from the app through my window. She placed the merchandise in my trunk and closed it. She waved goodbye and I went on my way. Seemed seamless. I get home, nothing in my trunk but two bath towels I ordered. The other 8 items - not there. Now that was bad enough and I understand mistakes happen. But they tripled down on the mistakes. My app and my bank account say I got (and was charged for) everything. I call the store and despite it being before closing time, the answering machine is already on....

And like Walmart employees not watching were they going with cart or walking.
