Red Sunset Beach Club — Hotel in Cabo Rojo

I don't recommend this hotel. My first stay was fantastic on Abril 2024, but the second one was awful. The room didn't have a TV, and there was no electricity all night, with no backup generator. The hotel owner's son was noisy, playing dominoes and drinking beers with the friends until 1:30 am, disturbing the guests. On the last day, some shoes went missing after the housekeeper cleaned the room, and management never followed up on the complaint. They steal from guests and don't respond the issues. We ended up asking for a refund today which Expedia honored . Thank you Expedia . Room offered on Expedia site ( pictures ) had nothing to do with reality . Sheets were stained . Room was half the size of the room we saw in the pictures . I had to pick up a dead cockroach from the shower . We were forced to pay a $75 cleaning fee by the hotel even though we were in the room for literally 20 minutes and...
