Traveling to new places, at its best, yields delightful experiences in unlikely venues. The humble setting belied tasty food, and island-champion-mojito-maker Sonia. She became an instant friend. Effervescent! And with insightful recommendations for sightseeing.

We had a pork burger and fish taco, both excellent, and finished with the coconut flan. The flan? To die for, seriously, with a five star presentation including homemade sauce. The french fries on the side were cooked to perfection.

They have live music Thursday and Friday (maybe other days too, ask them). And are apparently known for their 25 cent chicken wings, but we didn't partake.

Enjoy the excellent beach at Boqueron, and stop in for a bite at The Copy. You won't be disappointed.

Extremely disappointing 7:30 - placed order for 2 cocktails and 1 appetizer 7:50 - checked with waiter about drinks. Apparently he never put it in and then ordered main entrees. 8:15 - 2 cocktails arrived (poorly made) and I asked about appetizer 8:30 - walked to bar to ask again about my appetizer and then asked and waited at the bar for 2 glasses of wine. 8:50 - asked again about appetizer and found out that it was not started yet and neither was our entree of course. Girl behind the bar shouted out that there is only one cook. I asked for the manager and was told that Nestor is not here. I then asked for the check of what I was delivered so far and canceled everything else.

I will try to pass by again another day and express my disappointment to the manager directly but if I can’t , I hope he does read this. Your restaurant’s service sir, must...

The servers forgot to bring out an order and brought two wrong orders to the table. That wasn’t the worst part they also made the wrong mofongo plate and tried to push the steak mofongo on my pescatarian friend and tried to tell her that this is what she ordered. It took 40 min to get her right plate out by then we had all finished or gave up on eating our food. Three people got burgers that were not good, one of us got seafood pasta with raw shrimp that wasn’t fully cooked and I got a chicken pasta that was probably the worst pasta I have ever had. Overall no one was happy and we paid a lot for no food and bad food. Service was also rude, there was no language barrier either, I’m fluent in Spanish.
