BoxDrop Mattress & Furniture Chanhassen, MN — Hotel in Chanhassen

What an amazing store...hidden gem off the beaten path, but worth the time to hunt it down and find this hidden gem, located in Chanhassen, just south of highway 5, right off Park...1361 Park Road, Chanhassen, MN 55317...odd hours, see on google, but worth any inconvenience...I recently moved from Chaska to Waconia, and I needed to find a Full size mattress and box spring...it was for my guest bedroom/office. I didn't want to spend an enormous amount of money on this project.. I must have visited over 7-8 other mattress stores, these store's claiming to have the best price.. .all were liars, that is until I found this place. Wow, what laid back non pushy, yet very professional service by ALL, from the two sales ladies at the front of the store, one of whom wrote up my sale, to the gentleman, I believe that his name was Paul Montgomery, who actually found me the least expensive Full mattress and box spring, and even helped me load it into my truck and provided me with the heavy duty twine to tie it down to my truck bed. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the mattreses and box springs and was completely honest with me about all the warranty and life expectancy of all products purchased. I highly recommend this place, I will be back to shop the leather barkaloungers I saw, along with the kitchen tables and chairs, the dressers and the living room furniture. This place is the BEST, from service, to knowledge of product, to options of amazing furniture...by far the LOWEST prices from getting great deals, and passing the savings on to us the consumers. I can't say enough of how much I truly appreciate and recommend this place!!! I give them 10 out of 10 stars!! A MUST see if looking for any furniture!! THANKS AGAIN PAUL!! I MADE IT HOME NO ISSUES!! YOU ROCK!!

Box Drop 1361 Park...

We bought our mattress from the BoxDrop location in Burnsville, but cam to the Chanhassen store to pick it up. We got it home on a Sunday afternoon and when we realized it wasn't right, we called Paul(the owner of Burnsville BoxDrop) on his cell phone. He answered the phone on a Sunday Evening Hours after the store closed. He immediately called Dane(from this store) and between them, they got it all figured out. Dane went back to the store and got us the right one. He then drove to our house to deliver it. All with a smile, too. Amazing customer service!! How a business handles a problem tells you much more about their integrity than if everything with your transaction goes smooth. Thank you for Helping us all...

Communication via messenger in Facebook were extremely prompt and professional. When I arrived at the store owner and owners mother were very friendly, welcoming and helpful (we measured a lot of sectionals together). When my wife and daughter went the following day to make purchase they both came home talking about how friendly, and helpful the owner and owner’s mother were! He assisted my daughter with loading the sectional. The sectional we bought was $1,200. The exact same sectional was 55% off at a sale price of $1,800 at another major furniture store!!!! We saved $600!! And we love the sectional! Same quality we would find at other major...
