Believe all the negative reviews. if you hate your family, take them here. It's a great revenge plot. If you are looking to change jobs but don't really want to resign, bring your boss here; you will get fired. If your marriage is in the dumps and you just can't bring yourself to ask for a divorce, take your wife here for your last meal; she will divorce you and possibley castrate you.
I'm a glutton for punishment so after my first horrible visit, I went two more times. On ALL three occasions, they did not have what I ordered. Tonight I asked for spaghetti and meatballs. Pretty simple for a place called "Noodles". They were OUT of spagehtti. I couldn't let it go. I asked the the unhappy 16 year old boy " how can a place called Noodles NOT have Noodles?". In the most condescending stuck up tone stated "we have a lot of customers. They come in and order and order and order and we run out. That's how it works". When I asked him if his parents raised him that way, he looked confused. Knowing full well they would be out as both times in the past, I asked if they had cheese bread and he said "yes, we have bread guy". So I ordered substitute a Noodle and cheese bread and when I was through listing my order he told me, sorry "we don't have cheese bread, just regular bread like rolls." As I chuckled and told him I would go elsewhere, I turned and walked away only to realize, I stepped in a mosh of wet noodles on the floor and my hand had some sticky/slimy crud from a touching the countertop.
The other two times I actually made it to the point of getting food in my mouth, I had to send my chicken parm back because the chicken was cold and undercooked. The only other entree I have had there was buttered noodles. Hard to screw up right? WRONG! Crunchy noodles with what appeared to be a thickened water solution. On both of those occasions, the pop from the machine was nothing more than colored soda water.
Rude employees Filthy and gross dining area Limited menu due to lack of product Under aged staff with NO ADULT supervision Overpriced for inedible food
This place is a total dump. Chanhassen should be ASHAMED it's even in their town. I genuinely mean it when I say if you need to get revenge on someone, TAKE THEM TO NOODLES! They will push you out of their...
Read moreWe kept giving this place benefit of the doubt, but at this point we see a trend of skimping. Not sure who is responsible but something is being miscommunicated with management and/or training because the people handling the food are skimping in various ways. We have noticed for a while they give us less veggies on orders, so we tend to pay extra for “extra veggies” but still end up feeling like veggies are way less than other branches. The first time we complained, they said they will keep our name at the front desk so that we get a free meal next time. When we ordered and came to pick up, they said they had no record of us having a free meal. Then today, in a moment of hope and desperation, we went and specifically spoke with the cashier to ask for truly extra veggies and shared past experience. Though she went back to talk to the food handlers in the back, we later heard as the food handlers were putting our food in the container, “just cover it up” and they added chicken on top. We weren’t sure we heard right and again, gave benefit of the doubt. But once we mixed the dish, the Penne Rosa had maybe 1 mushroom, 2 baby tomatoes, and 2 leaves of spinach. The cashier was very nice when we called and apologetic, offering us a re-do of the penne Rosa. They did add truly extra veggies this time… but they seem to have watered down the sauce… it had no flavor. You can see in the picture how goopy the “re-do” one is up front though it does have extra veggies. We are now wary of complaining and wonder if the food handlers have spiteful responses to feedback.
The pad Thai was also so bland. The noodles were still sticking together because there wasn’t enough sauce. It feels like I’m eating plain noodles. Very disappointed. We will not being going back. It is hard to trust what is going on to our food at this point. A shame because we love the Noodles & Co brand, but this branch might need to prioritize training their food handlers on consistency and...
Read moreCan't post without a star but I give them Zero. We ordered food for 15 people for an event. I ordered through the 800 catering number. My advise is don't leave the restaurant without checking to make sure EVERYTHING is there. When we got back we were missing the cheesy garlic bread, plates and the racks with warmers to keep the food warm. I called the catering number immediately and they put me through to the restaurant. They apologized and said they would bring it over. We are five mins away. Our guests were arriving as this was happening. They did come over with the cheesy garlic bread and that was it. We scrambled and had to get plates and figure out how to keep the food warm. Our guests were there and we needed to feed them and didn't have time to try to call and wait again. They did come back about 30 min later with small bowls. Something we couldn't use to serve pasta, salad, bread and dessert on. The next day I called the catering number and they were very sorry, contacted the restaurant and told me the manager, Jeb, would be in touch with me that day. Well he didn't! I called back the next day and they conferenced me in with the asst manager. He told me he wanted the manager, Jeb, to speak with me. He wasn't in and would be in later that day and he would call me. I gave him my direct number. That was three days ago and I still haven't heard from him. It's a shame because the food is good but the service awful! We used a catering service for our event so we didn't have to worry about food and could greet and mingle with our guests. Instead we were having to deal with it all. To make matters worse the manager didn't seem to care enough to even return messages. We will NOT be using them again...
