Waiting for a resolution from the Store manager at this location before I update my review. My husband and I went into this store and purchased a king size mattress and adjustable frame- we asked the associate to order the exact setup they had on display in the store! Same frame and mattress that we tried out! Today I receive the delivery and upon setup I realize this is not The base they had on display with the mattress at the store. This is a standard model, it has none of the features I was shown and expected. As soon as I saw the remote to the base I knew it was wrong! I know there was zero confusion on my part when I told the associate I wanted the exact set that was on display- She showed us all the features and my husband never moved off the bed of his choice enjoying every minute of the massage feature that we were supposed to have delivered TODAY. I refused the delivery as it is not what I purchased only to find out for the price I was quoted I had been charged for a less expensive model hoping she could stay within the quote she gave us and no one would notice. Another surprise was that I was charged for a warranty that was never discussed- as explained to me it was a required part of the sale. Now I’m very unsure. Waiting for a resolution as the manger has to consult the employee before assisting the customer. I got the vibe from everyone that this happens more than it should and it has left me feeling very taken advantage of. I’ll update when I receive a satisfactory resolution to the situation. Read moreI was shopping for 2 twin bed frames and 2 box springs. I already have mattresses. I called and asked about those items. Roman told me that he was having trouble getting pricing, and that he would call me back. Okay. Great. While he was gathering his info, I decided to call a different mattress retailer, and was given immediate quotes on those items. So, when he called back, Roman told me that he would sell me the 2 frames for “half price.” Great, I thought. How much is that? “$45 each” Oh, half price? So, your bed frames are normally $90?, I asked. Yes, he said. I kindly let him know that the quote that I got from the other retailer was $46 per frame. Roman told me he could “beat that price.” Because $45 is less than $46.
Yeah, no thanks I told him, and we hung up. Few minutes later I got a call from Leon, who had ‘authorized’ Roman to give me a BOGO offer on the frames. Great! I’ll take them! Thanks, I’m on my way to pay and pick them up. I confirmed their location and went over there. After paying for them, I was asked if I knew where the pick up location was…???!! You mean they’re not here? No, I had to drive across town to pick them up. Blurgh. What a shitshow. I’ll do business with ‘the other guys’...

She found a great mattress at a very reasonable price, which made for a positive shopping experience overall.. but I did find myself a bit puzzled by some advice we received. The salesman mentioned “You don’t actually need a bed frame, you can just put the mattress right on the box spring.” While I appreciate the suggestions, it’s worth noting that frames offer essential benefits like hygiene(dirt and dust is down on the floor), proper ventilation, and adequate support. A frame also helps keep the mattress and box spring from sliding around, especially on smoother floors. Plus, a lot of mattress manufacturers specify the need for a proper bed frame to honor warranty claims, which is something to consider.
