Our visit to the Maple Pine restaurant was nothing short of amazing! The food was absolutely incredible, leaving a lasting impression on everyone in our group of eight. The yellow curry was a standout dish—perfectly balanced with a spicy sweetness and a delightful coconut flavor. Another highlight was the dusted beef, a unique dish I’ve never seen in a Thai restaurant before. The beef was incredibly tender, and the combination of red peppers, onions, and mushrooms added layers of flavor that were just unforgettable. Every dish we tried was exceptional, and the quality of the food impressed the entire family. Beyond the food, the staff was warm and attentive, making our experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was charming and inviting, creating the perfect setting for our family outing. We even took some beautiful family photos in the restaurant, thanks to the thoughtfully designed decor. This is a place I would highly recommend and look forward to visiting again! A true gem for Thai cuisine lovers.

They have really improved. There were times the food was a bit hit or miss but our last visit was very good. One of our diners said the broccoli with the Sea Salt Shrimp was under-cooked but that is a personal preference. Asian places tend to cook the broccoli so that it is still crunchy. I like that but some people want their broccoli cooked soft. I raised my star rating back up to 4 from 3 for this visit. They got rid of that terrible smell they had the last two times we were here. We had to walk out last time due to that and the AC was on arctic blast. If our next visit is as good as this last one, they will definitely deserve that 5th star. I think they added an expediter, or a chef so the owner/chef could expedite, so the service was very much improved. They used to get slow as they started getting busy.

My personal favorite restaurant in Cville and some of the best Thai food I’ve had! I’ve been here multiple times now and have loved it every time. Pictured is the Thai Iced Tea (my favorite), Fried Pork Gyoza (the BEST around, same with the spring rolls), Pa Mook Todd (Fried Calamari) my favorite dish, Kao Soi, and the Spicy Roasted Tofu Basil. I’ve also had several other dishes here and not one has missed! You can choose spice level, but be warned 3+ is very spicy (which I prefer)! They also offer American and Thai style Brunch. The inside is really beautiful and is open and bright with a full bar. It would be a great place to host a large group for brunch. There is also a huge parking lot for people like me who like to know :)

Decided to check the place out based on some of the good reviews and was not disappointed! I was not even that hungry but still managed to put down quite a bit of spring rolls and ginger spice vegetables with shrimp. Everything was very fresh. When I asked for a box to bring the remainder home, it was promptly provided.

My husband had the spicy crab which he enjoyed thoroughly, although his spice tolerance is very low. Even customized to its mildest was a bit much for him but he still devoured it like a champ.

The service was great - our gracious server explained the spice levels and let us know that they would customize up or down. She was very aware of the customers in the room and did not leave us sitting for too long at any point, but was not invasive either. (Great food service is an under appreciated art form, imo).

As we were quite early, the place was empty when we arrived but other diners started showing up shortly after we were served. It seems that the to go business is doing well. I really hope this place is able to continue gaining new customers and remain here for a long time. For my husband and myself we are happy to have this place so close to where we live and will most certainly return. Even if it was more of a drive, we would still make it a regular...

Maple Pine Thai is the kind of place you find yourself craving—and that’s when you know it’s good. I recently went there for a Mother’s Day brunch with my ladies, and it was nothing short of delightful. From the first bite to the last, the food was absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and comforting in all the right ways.

What makes it even better? The prices are just right—totally affordable without sacrificing quality. It’s one of those rare spots where you leave completely satisfied without feeling like you’ve overspent.

The ambiance is light, fun, and has a feminine charm that makes it perfect for a girls' lunch out or a special occasion. We loved the vibe—playful yet relaxed, with just the right touch of elegance.

Between the delicious food, great company, and cheerful atmosphere, we had an unforgettable night. We’ll definitely be...
