Booked a room online, we showed at 12 pm The manager said the checkin at 3 pm according the CA rules or pay extra $15 ! , we choosed to recheck at 3. On our way out after 6 hours exhausting driving, we asked for a restroom, the manger said sorry no public restroom , however they have a dinning hall at the lobby? Any dinning place must have a washroom. so me and my family had to step out and rechecking at 3 pm. once again when we're back at 3 pm the manger asked me for a $100 security deposit or leave my credit card for security purposes?! What the heck then , I had a limited cash on my so I paid online, so I need to surrender my credit card instead the cash, I came to San Diego for vacation with my family, I need my credit card on me all times, that was so hard time the manger gave us, why he didn't tell me that at the first time we came in at noon so I can get some cash then, the manger said that it's our rules on our website you had to review that as well. I told him it's a scam what you're telling me, why you put your motel on booking online wibsites,? Why it's doesn't state your motel rules or dilemma? Plus how it make sense, the room cost $75 plus tax and you ask me for $100 over the night price?! I asked him to cancel my reservation, he said it's unrefundable?! He said that because you didn't deal with me, so you have to figure it out with my online booking wibsites . He got me super mad after all that hassle. I called the online booking company, filed a claim, stating that There are no rules or stated for a security deposit or need to surrender my credit card. Called my bank to report that scam at the time. Please be aware of scammers and what they do for tourists.
After that we left to and we checked in other motel, use the same online booking wibsites for a different motel, we got an excellent service, without any hassle by the...
Read moreFirst of all,, the Maintenance at this place has step up his service, and very polite, had a issue with the Tv. So i called the front desk,very polite guy thinking his name was Zed, or Zack. Anyways, I let him know what my problem was. And he sent maintenance to fix the issue, i was having. think his name was Hector..? No his,name was Michael.... Yeah that's it.. Michael well he knocks on the door, i open it, invited him in. With a smile he says issue with the T. v i told him yes, he goes behind the T v looks around then looks at me, smirks. Gets the remote that was on the bathroom sink..
Apparently you have to press the power button to turn on the Tv... Politely doesn't say anything. And asked would that be it. I said yeh, he tells me to have a beautiful day and leaves... I wasn't having i good day that day. I was complaining about everything and anything. And took it out on the hotel staff. I apologize to the Maids, Zack or Zed, for being a A hole.( And from the bottom of my heart) Thank you guys for having the best customer service. And that maintenance guy Michael or was it Hector??! No it was Michael Michael. Thank you. P.s their continental breakfast is the best!! you get to make your own waffles ,get biscuits and gravy, eggs and sausages. Bagels cream cheese fruit orange juice apple juice coffee it's a great place to take your family there or your girlfriend or wife or neither.. . it's a great hotel highly recommended... Read moreThis is first time we had bad experiences with stay, we booked thru Priceline , we asked for 2 more night , they asked to check out and check in again at 3 pm , (I never heard in USA these types of rules)they gave us a room with a table no chair! the power outlets are not working . Bathroom are dirty and bugs are coming from the gap of tap , and another door closed from next room , not secure at all. They are giving breakfast just for a name.Front desk rude and (morning guy) The front desk should know hospitality. we stayed in room no 116 . Our room is very dirty .We will never ever recommend to anyone this , Only we stayed due to medical emergency situation. After this incident, we booked again and I thought to give another chances to rectify their faults, unfortunately they called and said we are in do not rent list!!( this is a cheap business trick people use, when we tell truth, that hurt them and they avoid such people and continue their cheap business tricks)
Message to owner: telling the truth always make me happy, When you guys receive money, make sure you guys provide service accordingly. Otherwise, for you guys coolly job is better than this hospitality business.Please don’t be “Fraud”
