Called ahead It was 16 hrs drive to get to this hotel. Hotel room was booked with points (15,000). Gentleman I spoke to I told him my ETA he says great becyid you hadn't of called I was going to cancel your room,I paused thought bout what I was going to say. I said well good thing I called so I was told ok your room is ready fo you when you get here . I get there and call from the front desk 11:20is. Never saw the guy behind the wall slid me my key under the curtains signed the paper. Walked upstairs to my room completely tore apart I go back downstairs and let him know. He goes it shows it's ready still haven't seen this guy mind you the hotel smells like urine. By this time it's 11:50ish not the happiest. I booked a king suit the room I got in replac of this is a double bed, room the beds look like fulls . Now Im 6'2 270 not going to be a comfy room like what I wanted burn holes everywhere in this room beds and bathroom was clean but the room was just nasty. That next morning 6am cold coffee and and crappy service the same guy goes hey you own me some money you have a balance of $30 I laughed and don't see how when it was booked with points. Good luck figuring that out not my problem. And proceeded to walk away then he calls his buddy over they're going back and for long story short Cresco Super 8 was two seconds from ending up on the news. Talk about rude just use your imagination how this is going...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI've stayed here a few times and my thoughts have stayed pretty consistent. The Wifi is always attrocious and luckily the most recent time I've stayed the front desk person knew where the router was to try and fix it. If you're going to have wifi, at least make sure it runs properly. The front desk people are never behind the desk, (except the breakfast lady who was fantastic) and you have to call them from the back room. The first room they gave me on checkin didn't even have a bed set up in it. The second room they gave me was nice. They gave my friend a room that smelled strongly of urine and when she asked for a different room they didn't have any of the type she paid for, so she had to have one with a smaller bed. Breakfast is okay but you have to ask for the main dish at the front desk. I don't know if the don't have enough staff or if they just don't clean, but the carpet on the stairs looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a while. The...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIām a very fussy hotel guest. I was visiting family in Cresco, and this hotel seemed like the best choice. The personnel were all great. The room was a bit run down, but it was clean. I didnāt shower there, as I just wanted to hit the road In the morning and get home, so I canāt comment on the water pressure or anything. The bedding was clean and the bed was comfortable.

I didnāt stay for the breakfast, although it did look decent.
I will stay there again, because I have family in Cresco, but Iād definitely ask for a...
