Watch out for their hours, I came in at 8:40PM, albeit late, but still 20 minutes before they were supposed to close, and the employee told me they were actually closed... Even though their posted time is 9PM...

Just came by for just a sandwich, and the first thing I was told, "well you're just going to have to wait, I'm busy with an online order" I understand that online orders are a priority, but you can say it better than that... Anyway the older lady making my sub was in a hurry, didn't give me the chance to say much, Then they brought it to the vegetable side, where the high schooler whose name I think was Lilly or something, she was decently polite, but, I asked for spinach, and she quite literally scraped the remaining shreds and dumped it on my sub, there were maybe 7 shriveled leaves and a bunch of stems... Then she looked at me like nothing was wrong! I looked at her for a second as to say "really?" I moved on because I just wanted to grab a bite and was already waiting almost 10 minutes, then I ended my sub with quote on quote, "a little bit of ranch please" and it's as if she didn't hear me, and I have a pretty loud voice honestly, she went back and forth with the ranch 6 times, when it should've only been like 2.

Don’t waste your time or money on this place. Ordered online for pickup, arrived at the time it said it was ready and the store was empty and the employee was sitting on her phone. She said she was busy and didn’t start my order yet so she would start it right now. Got home and my steak sandwich was cold, straight out of the cooler, meat not heated at all. Ordered online for my family. My husband went to pick up. They were still making my order when he arrived. Person working stated he was very put out because I ordered for my family of 6 and did not give him 24 hrs notice. Then continue to state he lost over $200 of service because of my order.
