Panda Garden used to be the best Asian-American restaurant in Northeast Iowa in terms of food, ambiance, service, and overall value. Went downhill after the passing of the original owner (a great man), though his family kept it going for a while best they could. Since new ownership, the quality has dropped significantly to the point where I only order crab rangoons for takeout. (The rangoons are quite good!) I remember its former era fondly, and hope that someday the rest of its food might improve so I can recommend it again. For about 20 dollars, the food is quite good, and it came out fast for me, and the serving amount is huge!
