I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Courtyard Marriott at Denver Stadium, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I've ever had! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service.
Front Desk Stars: Gordon, Adrian, and Kevin
The check-in process was seamless, thanks to Gordon, Adrian, and Kevin at the front desk. Adrian went above and beyond to accommodate my requests, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Kevin was a delight, always ready with a friendly chat and helpful tips. He took the time to explain the hotel amenities and even recommended some must-visit local attractions. Gordon was incredibly welcoming and always took the time to ensure that I felt right at home. His smile was comforting and welcoming after a long day. Their teamwork and dedication truly made a difference in my experience!
Ethan the Bartender: A Master Mixologist
In the evenings, I found myself at the hotel bar, where Ethan, the bartender, worked his magic. His cocktail creations were nothing short of art! He crafted the most refreshing sangria and innovative signature drinks that perfectly complemented the ambiance. Ethan’s friendly banter and knowledge of mixology made each visit to the bar a highlight of my stay.
Culinary Delight: Josh the Chef
And let’s not forget about the dining experience! Josh, the chef, deserves a standing ovation. The meal I had at the hotel restaurant was Fantastic. The hot wings were bursting with flavor. His attention to detail and passion for food was evident in every bite!
Overall Experience
The Courtyard Marriott at Denver Stadium exceeded all my expectations, and it was largely due to the incredible staff. Their commitment to providing top-notch service made my stay truly memorable. If you're looking for a place that combines comfort with exceptional hospitality, look no further! I can't wait to return and relive this wonderful experience. Thank you, Gordon, Adrian, Kevin, Ethan, and Josh, for making my stay unforgettable! Will be staying...
Read moreI've never experienced worse service than the Starbucks bar this morning. I work in the service industry currently, I worked at a hotel restaurant for years. This service at the bar this morning was horrible. My friend and I woke up rather early to beat the ski traffic to winter park and we popped down to order coffee, and decided on a breakfast sandwich.
The way this person prioritized the order of operations was horrible. It was just them this morning, and I know this person was doing everything. He took my friends order, she asked for a latte and he asked if he wanted cream in it, and then he proceeded to make a large latte full of half n half. He didn't know how to use the POS system and this continued to cause problems with us awkwardly waiting way too long. The problem escalated when he neglected my order entirely and (again we're in a rush, but just came to order quick coffee) I had to catch his attention to tell him I also wanted a latte if it'd be easier for him to work on both. So he nodded and made me a large latte full of half n half. I didn't want a large latte and I didn't want half n half, I would have preferred drip coffee over dairy. I think things could have gone better but the way this person handled the order of operations was very unprofessional and inefficient. It shouldn't have taken so long since it was so early and we were the only guests.
If this person is new, they were not ready to take orders by themselves. If this person isn't new, it was unacceptable service. I ended up being charged for the wrong, more expensive breakfast item, a latte that was full of creamer I didn't ask for, and a $21 breakfast that should have taken 10 minutes or less, that instead took 30+ minutes and was full of the wrong items. The time it took to go in and get this service cost us hours on i70, and I can't even drink this latte that's full of dairy.
He gave us a treat to compensate, but it doesn't make up for all the issues that were...
Read moreI would stay literally anywhere else. The service and people are outstanding!!!! No questions or issues there whatsoever. The employees of the hotel were amazing! It's the hotel itself. Easily one of the top ten most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept in. The pillows might as well be five sheets of paper in a pillow case for how thick they were. There is no overhead lighting in the room, only lamps that are weak and can no where near light the room. This really sucked as the rooms face each other in a tower kind of way, so the opposite tower also blocks out any sunlight from getting in. The tv was broken, and though there was an option to set up our own streaming device, it was disabled from use. This hotel presented a unique problem I've never faced when staying at a hotel...there was no hot water. Ever. Lukewarm showers, at best. The location is a bit sketchy. A block over in one direction seems fine, a block in the other seems dangerous. However, it is in a prime location if you're looking to go tailgating/to the Broncos game. Easy walking distance to the stadium and tailgating is across the street. Ultimately, we ended up cutting our vacation a day short and going home due to how uncomfortable we were...
