The Meltdown — Restaurant in Denver

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I'm visiting my son and we decided to order out. Meltdown sounded great. He grubhubbed it. We ordered the roast beef sandwich with the caramelized onions and white cheddar and the treatin myself dessert sandwich. The roast beef was cut in half and since we were splitting the meal , I grabbed the small half. . Looked like a good amount of meat, ahhh, but looks are deceiving. The roast was on one end of the bread, there were no onions. The other half simply had cheese. You had one job , make a sandwich. Geez the treatin myself, another story. Supposed to be cheesecake with strawberries grilled on poundcake. It was ice cold, the cheesecake was subpar at best, the pound cake just falling apart. Strawberries were good. I'll never go back. Ordered through Uber Eats - I got The Giddy Up combo. My wife ordered The Hot Mess combo. My melt had 5-6 burnt ends. The taste was ok but I would expect more meat than this. The melt was cold. My wifes melt almost lived up to it's name. Looks like it came out of the pot and was tossed between toast and cheese but was cold. It had an odd flavor and texture. Got in town on a late flight and just needed something quick for me & my kid to eat. I really wish I had of looked at the reviews. Ordered combos & only received the melts. No pickles or BBQ sauce on my burnt ends melt. We did not receive any of our fries. The fruit that came with the kids meal was old & mushy. Cold turkey on a turkey melt is diabolical. Maybe they’re better if you go to their location. But, I would not recommend using them...
