Great gym. I have been doing the WODs here for just over a month and I really enjoy the atmosphere, people and workouts. I really only have a couple of other gyms to compare it to, so there is not a lot I can say that they do differently. However, everyone at the gym loves it, and I see very little turnover.
The coaches are very good at going through the motions of each lift before we do it. Also, during the WODs they are constantly walking around and improving form. I think the main issues with gyms would be big classes that allow people to go unsupervised. This is not the case since classes are generally limited to 8 people.
The schedule has plenty of times throughout the day to fit most peoples' schedules. The actual gym is kept clean, has a lot of nice equipment and is growing with the addition of a whole new section of the building.

Read moreThis is one of two CrossFit gyms I have worked out at in Denver. However, I CrossFit when I travel and out of the 6 other boxes I've experienced this is by far the best. The coaches are diligent about reviewing the lifts prior the workouts, there are sessions/days devoted to skill work and the WODs are not repetitive and challenging.
